The place was clean and ok. Right outside the front door was horrible. Crime and not a safe area. Especially for a family.

The hotel itself is a nice family style hotel. My room was not cleaned properly because there hair on the counter. My tv also didn’t work.

We stayed here with our toddler and had a great time. The location was convenient. I appreciated being able to have a suite at a reasonable price so we could put the baby to bed in a different room. As a new property, it still has some growing pains to work though (we may have been the first guests to use their porta-cribs and struggled to get it setup). But the staff was wonderful and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I understand the property is new and they're working out the kinks, but some of the issues seem like they should have been figured out before paying guests arrived. We could hear every word spoken by the family in the room next door. We were told that the hotel was going to reinforce the walls so that wouldn't happen in the future, but that didn't help us at all. The lights didn't work in one of the elevators - it was dark inside, the lights in the main part of our room didn't work, the motion lights in the bathroom were hard to make turn on, there was no hot water in the faucet (shower pressure and hot water in the shower were great, though), there were black stains on the shower floor that we thought was because it wasn't cleaned, but it was caulking or paint, and two of the ceiling panels were not attached. When we told the staff, they were very nice and took notes and said it was helpful for future guests, but we were the guests right then and paid a lot of money for a not great stay.
