I had reserved a double queen room in April for the weekend of June 7th. We opened our room and it was a king bed. For me, my husband, and 3 children. When I went get this resolved there were no more rooms left so my children had to sleep on the floor. They blamed this on the third party(YOU) and said they had sent the reservation for a king. I was credited 75$ to the hotels.com app, which frankly isn't enough and doesn't make up for giving my room away.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby area had a pool table and other games that the family was able to enjoy.

Besides letting kids run down hall ways yelling from 10pm-12am it was not a bad stay. The hotel needs updated as the wallpaper is cracked and peeling, showers are chipped, you can hear everything that happens outside your room.

We never got the opportunity to experience this property at Hilton Tru in Wichita! When we arrived, we were informed that Expedia had overbooked the 2 queen bed rooms and that none were available. All they did was offer us a single king bed room, which was unacceptable for 3 adults plus one child. We had to leave and find another hotel room to rent across town. We expect and demand full refund from Expedia for this fiasco.

Great pancakes, good breakfast selection. Rooms a little noisy, window shades broken in room 319. Our family enjoyed the games in the lobby.

Everything other then we were out of conditioner in the shower and I was already in the shower before I realized it. Also the breakfast wasn’t very kid friendly no cereal
