Hotel was clean and conveniently located for my stay. We had to check out a day early due to family emergency back home and was charged the additional night. Hotel and Expedia gave me the run around and would not refund the extra night. Parking is very limited.

I likely wouldn't stay here again. My daughter has an emotional support animal that they didn't acknowledge even with medical paperwork. I accepted the $75 dog fee as my daughter had medical appointments in Wichita and doesn't travel without her dog overnight due to autism and anxiety. The hotel then overcharged my debit card for $12.19. The reasoning is unclear. I was already annoyed at paying the pet fee for a child that has a medical need. Being overcharged went too far.

We booked our 3 room, 3 night stay a month in advance for a family reunion so we got a great rate. The hotel is conveniently located, in a great up-and-coming area, and was clean without smelling of disinfectant. The breakfast was well attended to but we were a little disappointed in the main dish offerings.
