When we checked in someone was vaping right near the front desk. We went to the pool the final morning around 9 am and there were open containers of alcohol with alcohol in them, and a vape pen sitting next to the pool accessible to my children and I had

Clean, friendly, tastefully decorated, nice breakfast. I stayed with my daughter and 4 grandchildren, it was a perfect location and wonderful night sleep.

The family was stranded in Wichita when our RV broke down and this place was near the dealer. We were very pleasantly surprised - nice big room, very comfy beds, good sized frig, etc. It was perfect for an unplanned extended stay and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

It took 50 minutes to check in. The person working the front desk apparently walked off the job. The bartender had to call the manager and be walked thru how to check us in. It took over a half hour for the bartender to help us even though we'd told her after 5 minutes we needed help. To compensate us for our time, I kid you not, I was given a free rice krispie treat.

Property was new and super clean! Bright and modern decor. Large rooms with plenty of space for families to spread out. Pool was small, but nice.
