TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wichita East

The service was great, very friendly and helpful. There was a weird smell throughout the hotel and in the rooms, which was very different and still dont know what it was. The breakfast was for kids only. Warmed up breakfast sandwiches, warmed up eggs, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Things kids would only eat. Also, we were on the third floor and the elevator was very noisy and stopped hard at the top, we were very uneasy about that. The room was not bad. We had a queen size bed with a living room. The air conditioner was not very good at all, my son and i almost slipped in thr bathtub. So I put a towel in their so we didnt fall, and the smell was in there as well. The bed was great. Also, the breakfast area was very small and families with little kids were running around and making it very hard to move. I just dont know if my family would stay there again.

Loved ALL front desk and housekeeping staff! We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights while visiting family, and were welcomed by staff every time we talked in the doors. Breakfast was very good with many options and different choices each day. Our room was spotless and cleaned up each day upon our return. I especially liked the cookies, muffins and flavored water that was available in the lobby during the day. This hotel is on the northeast side of Wichita which was very convenient for the many activities we participated in. We will definitely stay here again!

I slept! I never sleep when we travel. It’s so hard for me to feel comfortable and many hotels are so noisy. But This place is very quiet. We had the two room suite. Black out windows kept it nice and dark. The AC and fan worked very well and kept the rooms very comfortable. Having a kitchen with everyone you need in it to warm up and cook meals plus an ice maker that works is awesome and really made our stay comfortable. The coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee cups is very handy. The TV in our living room didn’t work but the staff was courteous and prompt with coming up with a solution. The front desk also has games you can borrow for family fun. Great location was close for all our favorite shopping places. We would definately stay here again.

Very nice hotel with lots of little perks- cookies & lemonade was a huge hit for my family.

We love it here!! Have stayed in the past but this is probablt oyr last time due to family being in Hutchison now......thanks for everything!

The stay was amazing! For just 3 of us the room was very comfortable! Big, spacious, just enough seating for us! If we were to go as a family of 5-6 we wouldn't all fit unfortunately. It would have to be a 2 room stay. But we have decided it is the perfect place for a girls weekend! The staff was so sweet and friendly. Very amazing and would recommend it to anyone visiting Wichita!

Such FRIENDLY and LOYAL staff, the same young red headed kid worked Thanksgiving night , was there the next morning and all weekend long!!! GREAT STAFF.... had interactions with several..... great people
