Hampton Inn & Suites I-35/Mulvane

This is a nice hotel and the staff is always great. I needed to check in early as I had small children and the hotel front desk staff was amazing and let us get in early. When traveling with 3 small kids it’s always nice if we get somewhere early and the staff doesn’t mind to accommodate us. This is our third or fourth time to stay at this hotel in the last several months and we will definitely stay again.

We were here for as a family and the staff here were extremely pleasant and kind. All of us (3 couples) expressed what a pleasant stay we had.

I had 3 kids who stayed the night with my wife and I and had a basketball team running up the halls after midnight and had to call the front desk TWICE before something was done.

It was awesome I enjoyed my time there had a kid free night and glad I choose this hotel

The staff was great! However, our heating/cooling system was obnoxiously loud. We were only staying one night due to a snowstorm making the roads difficult. Otherwise, we would have said something and tried to move. Just FYI if you’re traveling as a family, be aware that all the food is behind the casino gate so nobody under 21 can go into the restaurants.

This is the loudest hotel we have ever stayed at. Some kids next door slammed door, tan the hall ways and prank called all night long while I guess their parents gambled or didn’t care. I asked them nicely to stop and they continued to do all the above. Tons of sports tram stay here and it’s very loud til 3 am .

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. One thing to understand before booking with kids under 18 is that the kids will not be able to dine in or walk in to get food to go in the casino dining area…even with an adult present. There is an area outside of the casino that to go food can be ordered.

Loved everything about this hotel expect the cleaning services. Asked both Friday and Saturday for our room to have fresh towels and the bed made and both times it wasn’t done. I ended up having to re ask for towels Friday and my husband asked for our bed again on Saturday after I had already asked. The front desk had to bring us towels on Friday. Saturday finally after asking 3 times our bed was made but that was all. We traveled with 2 toddlers so you can imagine how fast our room got dirty. Other than the lack of our room being cleaned I had a great stay. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and courteous. We stayed 3 night for the Wichita flea market. We were vendors. Would enjoy staying again if house keeping can do a better job.

Very happy with staffs and the hotel but inconvenience for people like to eat out, because only two restaurants in casino and kids is not allowed that mean if you take your kids with you have go into casino order food and to go to hotel for your kids like I did .

I wish on the website it would say no children allowed in the restaurant. we traveled for 8 hours and just wanted to sit down and eat at a restaurant.. they had to stay in hotel room while I went over and ordered food. Otherwise stay was good.
