The staff was not very friendly for how many teams of kids were staying there. The patients was not there.

My family and I checked in, got into our room, got settled in for the remainder of the evening. My husband used the restroom and when he flushed the toilet, water went everywhere. Leaking from the back of the tank. Called the front desk and they moved us to a different room. Got into this room and settled in. Went to order room service for dinner and the phone did not work. The ceiling was cracked and paint peeling in the bathroom too. Very inconvenient. Walked down to front desk to request item for our room and the lady working at that time told me that I was killing her!!! Meaning that I was requesting too much. I only asked for one thing one time!! Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. I was too pissed off at that moment!! The beds were old and worn. Our room did have a shower with nice water pressure.

The property was well kept, clean and convenient for the family.

A wonderful choice for my family because of the convenience of the shuttle. Amazing, warm and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel staff. They went out of their way to help. I was in town for the funeral of a family member. The manager setup a small meeting room for the family to use while meeting with the minister to discuss the service details at a moments notice. Would definitely stay with them again.

Too many kids running around unsupervised

Staff was really nice but upset that the pool was not open. That was the main reason we booked that specific hotel. Very disappointed i could had booked a hotel closer to family.
