Wouldn’t stay here again. Air conditioning was broke, tv was broke. Went to front desk and said they’d have someone come take a look, no one ever showed up. 80 degrees in the room with small kids is never fun.

First, the door would not lock but there was no maintenance on staff so they did offer to change rooms but only other room was closer to rowdy kids. So we passed and just hoped no one came in. Also, cable went out during March madness games. And two suvs were burglarized with their windows busted out. I will not stay here again as safety for their customers are not their priority.

Our room wasn’t ready to check in at 3pm, it was finally ready right after 4pm. When you’re traveling many hours with small children and plan to have a hotel room it would be nice to be able to check in on time. Or at least receive a phone call prior to let the guest know it will be later than expected. The facility was clean, and in good repair. No complaints about the room!

The clerk woke my kids up at 3 am and asked them if they were smoking my daughters are 12 and 14. I parked in the loading area for about 8 minutes and they again came up to the room and asked me to move I informed them that I just got back from a work assignment and I was bringing stuff in. She again said it smelled like smoke. I don’t smoke,never have. It was rude and intrusive. The stuck me at the very end of the hall and there was no room next to us but she said she smelled smoke from the lobby from my room. I will not be staying at that location again

Very noisy and unruly baseball kids on floor above us jumping and running on floor above us kept us awake till 1 am. Not a good night for us as we needed rest before we traveled all day the next day. Should have sime policy or enforcement for this
