DO NOT BELIEVE TRAVELOCITY! We booked all King rooms because they all said they “slept 4” and all rooms had sofa sleepers. We had booked multiple rooms for a reunion. As people arrived, there were only king beds and NO sofa sleepers, so there were no beds for kids. Some had a very hard trundle bed that pulled out for 1 to sleep on, but not all rooms did. Then, they pulled out one trundle bed and it had POOP on it!! So, Travelocity doesn’t have accurate descriptions of the room, and the hotel clearly doesn’t focus on cleaning!

This hotel is in the middle of some remodeling. Due to some elevator service, the clerk immediately relocated my elderly parents to the first floor, which was very kind. The room was great, however, they had painted the door jam to the bathroom. I actually got stuck inside and required my father to bang on the other side of the door to get out. As this was not a huge problem for us, I am hoping that the staff will immediately resolve this because if a small child was in there, it would be bad.

Emergency exit doors were locked three separate times. When staff was told, they did not care. They do not care about your families safety at this facility.

This hotel is currently under overhaul construction. This should be explained before booking so you have the option to decline. If you intend to rest during the day hours, or have your children rest, it is impossible. The noise level from construction is unacceptable. The parking is also limited due to construction equipment. The staff was friendly. However, the phones do not work to call down to request any assistance from staff or to make housekeeping requests. I was not given a reduced rate due to the construction nor was I informed of the construction to make an informed decision. It was unfortunately a bad experience.

I have stayed at this property many times. They are currently renovating but the staff was great. The location is good (and super quiet) but you’ll need a car for the area. I think when the renovation is complete it will be a perfect small no-fuss hotel for solo and family travelers. Staff is friendly and efficient. Great non-invasive housekeeping.

Although theres construction happening outside, we didn't have any issues with parking or noises inaide. Stafd were always smiling and very helpful. The room was cleaned and vacuumed every day (with small children this was very appreciated). The Room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day and no pancakes or Waffles (the kids pick ,normally, so they were sad) I would definitely recommend it!

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was beautiful and spacious. Aside from the ongoing constuction, my family and I enjoyed our visit. I recommend staying here.

The hotel was under construction but didn’t really interfere with the stay but 3 cars were broken into in the parking lot and apparently they don’t have any cameras. We reserved a 2 double and sofa room but only got a king and sofa room. This was difficult for our family. There was also a bad smell on the 4th floor. Like spoiled food. Breakfast had a decent offering.

Staff was nice. Free breakfast was nice. Beds were cozy. The construction bothered us when we tried to get the kids to nap midday. The pool was dirty and my 6 year old refused to swim in it - which was disappointing because we were hoping to spend our downtime swimming. We will look for a different hotel next time
