We stay here regularly since we have family in the area. Rana at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us into our favorite room. Breakfast was great too.

I'll start with the bad and end with the good. Our room was definitely not clean. Our refrigerator was full of someone else's food. One of the pillowcases had blood on it. There was a chewed up caprisun straw on the headboard. The bathroom floor had been cleaned, but the corners had built up grime. The tub faucet dripped constantly and the tub was rusty. The repairs made were shoddy at best. In some places in the bathroom, I couldn't tell if I was seeing mold, or if the material used for repairs just looked like mold. I had a 2 bedroom suite, and the tv didn't work in the kids room. The pool was out of order. Several of our family members were staying in the hotel, some we hadn't seen in years. The man working the front desk for the evening didn't seem to want us visiting in the common area. We hadn't seen my in-laws for Christmas, and while visiting there, they gave my husband and I a bottle of wine and a bottle of bourbon. They were sitting, unopened, on the table as we visited, and he told us we had to put them away. He said there were complaints about us, even though the phone never rang and no one ever approached the desk. We weren't being disruptive. The pros...Check-in was fast and easy. All other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The ladies on night and morning duty were fantastic. Breakfast was good.

I am here on business but brought my family for a short get away from our area. My children were excited for the pool but when we arrived we learned that the pool was not working. I also asked for a late check out and was told check out is 11 am and late check out is only provided until 12. It was a nice overnight stay and I would stay again with the hopes the pool worked next time for my children. The staff was friendly which i appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the room has nice shades that kept it dark for us to sleep. The walls are a little thin so you are able to hear others as they start their days and are going in and out of their rooms though. There were some chips on the tub and floor but nothing too bad.

While the property was not dirty it appeared it needed major updates. The curtain rod was coming off the wall. Wall patches in the bathroom. We stayed in the king room with a “kid room” connected and the wall art was absolutely scary! This is not Holiday Inn standard.

Everything was great. The only bummer was the pool doesn’t open until 10am and checkout is 11am. They did allow us a late checkout so the kids could swim 😁

Cancelled our reservation and did not notified us. We were left with no room and 3 kids in the car in the middle of the night. No communication, no apology, no effort to resolve it in any way.

Check in was smooth but for the price you’d expect clean sheets, boogers wiped off the wall and a bath tub you’re not afraid to put your kids in because of rust. Not what I was expecting out of a holiday inn.

Beds were in very bad condition. Property in a bit of despair and fixing needed. Continental breakfast was amazing! Pool hours were 10-10, posed a bit of a challenge with such a late opening at 10 AM with checkout at 11 AM when traveling with kids.

The bathroom was not clean, and looked like it was under renovation. The first night, there was no hot water for a bath/shower. The tile was cracked, so you had to wear shoes or watch extremely close where you stepped. I had a child with me, so it made things harder, especially when we had to take a cold bath/shower and deal with the cracked tub, tile.

Staff was very nice but the property itself was in really bad condition, especially for the price. Elevator was broken, entire place looked beat up, grounds were extremely overgrown. Our sofa had what looked like a semen stain on it. I tried to touch as little as possible. Reminded me of one of the beach hotels that kids go to for spring break, but it was in Andover and was twice the price I’d expect. There were a few positives: room was big, had a bed that didn’t appear to have bugs in it, shower wasn’t moldy.
