We stayed here one night in the one bedroom suite with my girlfriend and adult son to visit family in the area. The one bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son and the private bedroom was nice. The bathroom was large and roomy with a TV in the mirror, which we didn’t use. The toilet had a seat warmer and a bidet option. The shower was amazing with a separate detachable wand. There was also a private rooftop patio which was nice. The patio view was looking at the parking ramp across the street and wasn’t great but it was still a nice feature. The hotel itself was really nice and has a bird theme throughout. There was some noise in the hallways and rooms from other families off and on but it eventually got quiet after 11pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great with restaurants and shops all around within walking distance.

This hotel is great. It has a couple of bowling alleys, arcade machines, pool table, fully equipped exercise room, swimming pool and jacuzzi in the basement. The bedroom and bathroom were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Check-in was complicated when we were assigned to a room that was already inhabited buy another family. It was awkward but expertly rectified by the front desk staff. The difficulties came on day 2: we normally stay at lower star hotels, but for mothers day, we decided to splurge. Imagine our shock when we get back to the hotel with plans to eat at the hotel restaurant, only to find out the hours posted online are incorrect, so we can't. Alright, the bowling alley is open for anther 20 minutes, so we decide to see what we can get there. When we arrive, we're told they're closing early, we can't even have a beverage. (Even though there's a person bowling, a person paying a tab, and people still eating at a table.) NOT five-star service, NOT likely to come back.

The room was spacious. However we asked three times for extra pillows and blankets and we never got them, so we left. As all the rooms for families were taken we had a single king. The chair and the bed seat would have made a perfect bed for our little one- providing they could deliver the pillow and blankets. The cost for drinks was ridiculous, $8 for a Tito’s and water. A little much for a drink if you ask me. Very little parking that is difficult to get in and out of. Small venues for events. Food was ok, not great. Bartenders looked tweaked on drugs. Elevators didn’t work.

Beautiful rooms! Nice pool and lots of fun for the family. TV in the bathroom was a kid highlight :). Only complaint was that the kitchen was a little slow.

We stayed for 2 nights, 2 couples, 2 rooms so it’s fair to say we were invested. The building itself was beautiful. If you’re going to a show at the Orpheum, you can’t beat the location! It’s within walking distance to the Orpheum, and other shops and bars aren’t far either. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and tried to go bowling but it was packed. The downfalls, the access keys stopped working several times - and keys are required basically everywhere you go in the building! Elevators, rooms, pool, rooftop bar, workout. Tried to go to pool - no go. If it weren’t for the individuals inside I couldn’t have gotten in. The individual at the front desk was not helpful, snooty and treated the other individual like they were a child (in training?). They couldn’t tolerate any feedback when we went back for the 3rd time to get our key cards reactivated. They had to call the Mgr to take care of things because he took feedback personally and did not care whatsoever to solve the issue at hand. There was never personal feedback to that individual, only dissatisfaction about the key issue itself. Note to staff: When you’re in hospitality it’s your job to be hospitable, and you can expect that customers are not going to be impressed all of the time - it’s your job to change the situation, not pout and walk away. Our rooms had dirty clothes laying on the floor, water bottles under the dresser, and no coffee packs. For $650 I expect better.
