The stay was nice! Check in was easy and the staff was so helpful when we needed to make a change😁 Room was nice and clean! Had issues with getting the tv to work but no biggee! Breakfast was questionable! No one was checking the supplies and empty containers!! Need to add cereal for kids! Overall we would stay here again😁

It was very clean and nice looking. Disappointing that there was no pool. Part of the reason why we booked it. Having small children it was not very quiet. Could hear people closing doors and talking in the hallway. Very nervous about that because trying to get a 1 year old to go to bed and not wake up from that. Breakfast was kinda odd and the first hotel i stayed at that had bacon and sausage in a baggie to heat up. Sausage and Biscuits/gravy the kids did not like. The only good thing about Breakfast was the waffle maker.

If you're hoping for a pool-this isn't the place for you. I saw in February there were reviews that the pool was out of order-guess what-still out of order in June. Front desk worker said it was never going to come back-pool is gone for good. So it does seem like false advertising to keep up on here that they have a pool...non refundable rate and locked in. My kids were all excited to swim-even had their suits on to swim immediately upon arrival. No pool. I would have paid the same amount to stay elsewhere with a pool-or $30 less to stay at the local Super 8 with no pool. The first room the bed was broken. I pushed with my hand to feel the firmness on the corner of the bed and the entire bed raised in the air. I showed the front desk worker before I unloaded everything into the room so it was a super easy fix to be moved-which she did. Next morning as we checked out I saw maintenance in there with that bed fixing it. Older hotel but clean. The breakfast was good-plenty of options-bacon, sausage, omelets to all microwave yourself. Biscuits and gravy. Milk. juice. Waffles. hard boiled eggs. yogurt. Breads. Friendly staff. I just really felt the pool being advertised even though it hasn't been in commissioner 6 months or more is false advertising to gain more business and get it at a price of other hotels who do have pools. Should charge less since there isn't a pool or at least be upfront and honest for families of whom the pool was a must for their children.

They offered to upgrade our room for a small increase. They had a room that had 3 queen size beds because they noticed the number of kids we had. It was perfect as we have 4 children with us. Everyone was in a comfortable bed. Great service.

About 11:30pm a family with 3 small children (probably under 7) came into the room next door. The children were understandably cranky and over-stimulated yelling and running. The walls are PAPER THIN! We could actually hear them using the bathroom!! The plumbing sounded like a waterfall whenever someone upstairs flushed or used the shower or sink. Actually, the noisy plumbing covered up the noise from the family next door! We finally were able to sleep after about 1:00am when the "little ones" settled down. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. The breakfast was just ok. The second day, we chose McDonalds which is just down the road! Would not stay there again.
