I always stay here when visiting my kids from out of state. Ran into some snags this time that I’ve never had before. The manager was amazing making it right with us. Will continue to stay here when visiting.

Only problem was the pool, kids ages from 11-15, probably at least 15 of them with no parent present, very unruly, loud, rude and unsupervised. Diving, jumping into others, smaller kids were very Leary.

This hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. The door had a noticeable gap along the edge and bottom and we could hear quite a bit of noise (just normal volume voices and walking around) from the hallway and from above. The shower pump was out of body wash and the shampoo was very hard to get out. In the morning, all 5 decanters were out of coffee and there was almost no hot food left on the buffet. After a few minutes of looking/waiting, I didn't see an employee to restock anything, so we just took off. This might be a fun place for families, with a nice looking pool (we didn't have time to use it) and back courtyard area. I did notice that kids can get fish food from the desk for a pond in back and thought that was cool.

This is a very busy hotel. There were children running the hallways and adults coming in late into the night with no regard for other customers who might be sleeping. The pool was crazy with children screaming and playing games. There are dining options close to the hotel. There was plenty of parking. Not a good fit for our needs. Very difficult to get a good night of sleep. We only had one towel in our bathroom when we arrived and the staff did arrive with more towels as requested.

The property is awesome, and one we pick when we come to town. It is, however, quite noisy with a bunch of kids. It would be nice to have more separation between baseball team and two adults, but we get it. "Been there."

Absolutely beautiful property! Although we had to stick to a strict wedding itinerary we manage to do some exploring. The pool was very nice and their courtyard was breathtaking! I loved all the seating in the courtyard and the lights placed about. The koy pond was a little busy with kid so we didn't get a good look at it, but that's fine. Our room was very clean and beautiful. We loved the cabin rustic feel. The front desk staff was amazing! Answered any of our questions and helped out when my key had to be reset. The key issue was my fault, I stored it in my phone case which has a magnetic tab to shut the wallet section. But breakfast was amazing! We got up early before our busy schedule and checked it out. We loved the different options and the nice beverage variety. Would definitely recommend staying here! 10/10

We really appreciate it, Quinn. As adults we were looking forward to the 10-11 adult time for swimming, but the kids showed no signs of leaving at 10:00 PM. They were running and screaming and shooting water pistols. Quinn came by and reminded them they had to go. So we got to enjoy the pool in quiet.

The chlorine was so strong, it burnt our eyes just walking in. My family was coughing the whole time while swimming. My brother had an ant trap left in his room. When we went to eat the breakfast, the milk was outdated and curdled. Breakfast itself was not that great.
