Breakfast was half there, kids screaming all night, dismissive staff, not worth 367 dollars

Hotel had kids screaming and keeping us awake, in the room next to us. Breakfast was subpar, lots of things were not stocked, or not there. When the staff was notified of it, they had dismissive attitudes, and excuses.

I booked this night for my grandkids and I to go swimming. The pool was so cold!! You couldn’t even get used to it swimming in there half hour. It looks like it could use a little vacuum also. We only swam for about 45 minutes. We were all very disappointed. Especially the kids.

This Hampton Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Exceptionally clean, courteous and helpful staff, and wonderful amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples or for families traveling.

Hampton, Holiday Inn Express and Ameristar all in a row all connected. You would think it would be very loud - you would be wrong - lots of families but we never heard any noise thru out the night. Lots of choices for breakfast - front desk staff very friendly. And the bed was wonderful. We will definitely stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Have stayed here multiple times on the way to family reunions. Always clean and comfortable. Maybe time to update, sheets and pillows but minor criticism. Breakfast is fine, same as most hotels. Would stay again.

Have stayed here many times on our way to a family reunion. Great place to stop, love the river and outdoor seating area. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, only complaint is it's time to upgrade the sheets and pillows. But overall, no complaints. And love the option to walk over and grab a bite to eat and gamble for a bit in the evening. Will stay again.

This hotel is very clean and in a great location. My kids were sick while we were there. The staff was so helpful and even asked if they were feeling better as we checked out.

We normally stay at Hampton because we have good luck and really like them but this visit was not that great. We had issues from the get go just trying to check in. I had paid through hotels.com and used my points. They were trying to charge me the full amount again which I pointed out that I had paid and showed them that it had went through on my card and my confirmation email saying it was paid. We had to wait over half an hour while they figured out how to check us in without charging me again. While this was happening another guest came to check in and they told her they wouldn’t be able to because they were sold out even though she had reservations. A transformer had been hit so the entire time we were there Friday-Sun there was no tv which I understand is not their fault but it made it difficult for the kids who wanted to watch tv while we were in the room. Thankfully they had the air and wifi fixed before we arrived. The bathroom was not very clean, there were previous guests hair on the shower walls and the shower itself was just dirty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned along with the sink area. The light switch and walls in the bathroom were also dirty. Previous guests had left things in the cabinets so they obviously hadn’t checked while cleaning. One of our kids doesn’t like elevators so we used the steps and they had coffee spills on them that weren’t cleaned. The breakfast was not that great either with little selection. Strong odors of weed and dogs barking a lot
