This property was rated 'excellent' on your website. It was adequate however there's no way it should be promoted as excellent. The surrounding area was extremely rough, there's a 6' chain link fence with barbed wire on top like a prison yard around the hotel--however it didn't provide any security as it was completely open on two sides. What was the point of the prison fence? Lobby and hallways were in need of painting, cleaning. The handrail going up the stairs to second floor was not only all chipped but sticky, very dirty. Chairs in the lobby are light yellow but were so dirty and dingy need to be replaced. Our room was decent with some minor cosmetic issues. It had mostly been updated. Staff was helpful. A bit strange in that some very young children were present, we assumed the parents were working there.

Areas of concern for me would be the staff. When we arrived, the mid day desk attendant had children running and screaming in the room behind.This was very distracting at check-in and felt unprofessional. I booked through Expedia based on location as I was graduating at the Mid-America Center. Photos on the website did not accurately reflect the accommodation's or the area. This left me with a little concern about the neighborhood. In addition, the room Images on Expedia also felt poorly depicted. The room felt poorly renovated (cracks in the bathroom wall, peeling paint, dirty toilet, and damaged furniture) and lacked quality. I understand the pricing does not reflect luxury accommodations, but felt the room could have been better finished.

Bed bugs were all over both beds and near headboard walls. Traveled with a medical needs child and was very unsafe due to the conditions. Left with numerous bites on my family and I.

We have stayed here many times, and it is always clean and friendly. Plenty of parking easy access to all our needs even with the interstate construction going on. We brought family with us this time and they loved it as equally as we did. We met other visitors who seemed to be enjoying their stay as much as we did even, thou theirs was for a funeral and ours was for a surprise 90th birthday party. Different celebrations of life equally important and the front desk employees were so friendly and helpful with all our needs.

The staff was nice but seem to be living there with extended family hanging out, smoking, and eating. Dirty and broken are how we’d describe this property. The noise clammered all night from the dysfunctional window heater to the recurring noise from the refrigerator to nearby foul-mouth guests and their barking dog. The locks don’t work. The breakfast was okay and warm (not hot which is a concern. The property needs renovation and a deep clean.

Overall I would have no problems coming back to this motel. With 4 children, the most important to me is that it’s bug free and clean since you never know what your toddlers are touching😅 They had the containers on the wall for hand soap and lotion and same in the shower for shampoo n conditioner and body wash which I really like. Staff was friendly and the they seemed to have enough parking for everyone. Any cons I’d have would be that the breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was still nice to have. There was some ppl that were extremely loud with lots of screaming and screeching from children way past 10 pm as well as a man in the hallway knocking on multiple doors, ours included. I could also hear the neighbors Tv. They pillows were super super thin but at least bedding was nice n clean.

Meet with my future daughter in-law and her family. Wedding planning and it was quiet and very clean place. Got a lot done in a short amount of time. Friendly staff and breakfast was hot and good.

We picked this hotel, due to reviews we had read. I am not sure what changed from previous reviews but we were very disappointed during our stay. When we arrived the room wasnt ready and we had to wait in lobby. When we got in room, we noticed big open corner and no chair to sit in but a desk chair. That made it hard to sit and eat with 2 people, meaning we had to sit and eat on bed. I have never been in a room with no chair to sit in. I have included pic. We also went to take a bath and there was no soap in the shower at all and no way to take a bath. Shower only. They have no plugs to stop the water drain for a bath. We asked housekeeping and they said we could always go buy a plug. How would someone with kids who are not old enough to shower bathe? We shouldnt have to go buy necessities while on vaca. We did go buy soap, as they didnt seem concerned that we had none. The ac unit was VERY nosey and going on and off woke us many times during the night. The breakfast was fair. I wouldnt call a few hot items a buffet, so we only went 1 day and then other mornings went out and ate. The access to place was good, but area seemed a bit sketchy to us. I do have to say that the room was clean and the desk attendants were very friendly. The bed was comfy but we didnt sleep much due to ac noise. The public areas were clean but had a very strong chemical smell just too many air freshener. We will for sure be staying elsewhere next time we visit Omaha.

This hotel significantly exceeded my expectations. It was very well priced ($70) and nearly everything was new or recently refurbished. I was quite surprised as I expected a budget hotel experience for a budget price, but received so much better. Thank you. I've already passed along word of this property to family (this is a halfway point for a 12 hour drive between half my family).

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was really good and had plenty of options. Stephanie the host when we arrived was amazing! She helped us switch rooms to accommodate our grandchildren staying with us. Nice place to stay!
