Experience of the property was very average. The accommodations overall were acceptable, however a school group was staying the night at the same hotel. Overhead noise all night long from high school kids running around on the floor above us.

The beds were advertised as queen, they are not. They are DOUBLE. Very uncomfortable. The room was small. The walls are thin. We could also hear people constantly running thru the halls. Would not recommend for families. The shower was good. The staff was great! The pool was good size for our needs. The lobby had a great table for groups. We were pleased with the breakfast.

Pool was freezing. Was one of the main reasons we got a hotel so my toddler could enjoy swimming but it was so cold. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of choices like they usually do either. The area around seem ran down.

The staff was friendly. Don't only thing is they clean the room every 3days. I was with kids and from Sunday to Wednesday never come to clean.

Not a pleasant stay for myself and family. Desk staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed which caused them to treat my family and others in line not so well. Charged for a room where I did not even stay. I chose to not even check in due the look of the hotel and the desk staff.
