The hotel was clean and tidy. The room as well, though the bathroom looked a little worn. Breakfast ran until 9:30 which I appreciated, as most end at 9. The pool was open late, too. Both big pluses for my family.

Hotel was very nice! Workers friendly! Unfortunately we heard kids footsteps above us, maybe book families with younger children under those with older like mine

The staff was the best—very friendly and engaged! The room and cleanliness was great, too. We just had people above us jumping around at 1 and 4 AM, which made sleeping rough. Maybe watch what floor you place kids?

The general feel of the hotel is decent with convenient parking and good facilities, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We arrived at 9 p.m. and were ready for showers and sleep after a long drive, so we didn't take full advantage of the indoor pool, patio seating and fitness center which were all nice. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable at first. However, our kids discovered a few bed bugs in their beds - a couple of dead ones, and one large one that was alive. We alerted the front desk in the morning and showed them the live one we caught, and told them we didn't know we were getting a roommate - it didn't take up much room, but did keep the kids awake as they inspected everything before settling down to sleep well after midnight. We didn't attend the continental breakfast except for a bagel and some coffee. The bagel was good and the food looked fine, but the coffee was weak and uninspiring.

Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and just as described. Bed could have been softer, but that is true of most hotel beds. Ice machine on our floor was broken so had to get ice on different floors. We stayed during the solar eclipse so there were a lot of people there - poor lady was by herself in the breakfast room and could barely keep up with demand. Wish they would have thought ahead to have someone to help her out. Also we had the same breakfast twice in 3 days, wish there would have been a tab more variety. Pool was nice and was never too crowded. Water wasn't as warm as I had hoped but hot tub fixed that and my kid loved swimming just the same. It was never too noisy. A little weird to get to just because of no turning off the main road - have to do a uturn, but overal good location. Never took us long to gwt anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. It’s kind of odd that we have to drive through an apartment complex to get to the location but for the price it’s OK. Upon arrival, one of the elevators was broken therefore we were slightly delayed as the place was extremely busy, not to mention the elevator was mysteriously fixed once the place got crowded a couple hours after check in. The breakfast selection was as to be expected, there could’ve been more options however, maybe we just didn’t see them because there were literally more than a dozen kids down there at breakfast so we were unable to navigate the kitchen as we would’ve liked. You guys should implement some sort of policy about not letting young children at the breakfast counter without being Accompanied by an adult. Not only is it an inconvenience for your guests but it’s dangerous for these kids to be using a wiggle iron without a parent present. Overall, The property is most certainly overpriced but what are you gonna do when the biggest country music star is in town? Also, if you are someone who has trouble sleeping, I suggest you request a room on the inner side of the hotel if possible because it is extremely noisy. It sounded like they were going to roll into our room straight off the highway.

The room was just the right size for a 2 night stay for our family of 3. All of the facilities were clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. There were no issues with our stay. The hotel is located outside of the city and conveniently right next to a freeway (yet not too noisy) so traveling into the city is a breeze. Breakfast bar had lots of options, delicious food and the pool was a lot of fun and very clean. There were always clean towels fresh and ready for use at the pool. Clean towels were restocked multiple times by staff members during our use of the pool.

We had a very good one-night stay. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were all friendly and hardworking. The room was clean and comfortable, our kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was better than average. It was also less expensive than similar nearby hotels. I would recommend it.

The only potentially negative thing we could say would be that when we arrived at 3pm for check-in, our room wasn’t ready yet. After checking in, it wasn’t the most thorough of cleaning (kid found a quarter under the desk) but given that they probably really hurried, it wasn’t bad. The size of the room was more than perfect for us. Two adults, a teenager, and two under 8. The teen was able to use the pull out couch and have a room to herself, which is perfect for a teen. The staff was friendly, breakfast was awesome, and room comfy. We felt safe and relaxed in the area and it wasn’t overly busy despite being almost fully booked (I think). We didn’t have time for the pool, but it looked nice and had reasonable hours. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area again.
