Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport, an IHG Hotel

Been coming to this CROWN PLAZA FOR 22 years (2501 s high school rd) Im truly a traveling salesman . I’ve stayed at most high end hotels all over this country to include Canada. And I can say honestly (I LOOK FORWARD TO COMING TO INDY) and if you’re with your family or friends or by yourself and you want the cream of the crop?(LOOK NO FURTHER ,YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICEw OR CLASS OF HOTELS!!BOOK THIS NOW AND I PROMISE YOU THISYOU’ll BE HAPPY YOU DID !!!!!

We had a death in the family and I did understand that I booked a non refundable room they did nothing accommodate us. We arrived at 11pm after services and a 4 hour drive to them having checked someone else into our room. We god questioned if we already checked in .. checked in online etc.. Took 25 minutes to figure out they checked someone else in .. AWFUL customer service but hotel and room itself were great

In 35 years, probably the worst IHG property that I've stayed in. Odd "chalet" style rooms with patio doors facing into the hotel - would face the pool, but the pool is being torn out and construction starts early. After a long day traveling, we were woken at 7am by construction work hammering on the floor above us. Staff then moved seats and table to directly outside our room which encouraged people to stay up drinking and talking until 2am - great when you have a child with you. No breakfast option, no dining room - that's under construction too. No house keeping until day 3 when I had to ask for it. Bathrooms are tiny - something more akin to a Hotel 6 than an IHG property. Hotel is in an area with nothing nearby, so expect to drive for dining options. That they're charging these prices without disclosing the state of the hotel is ridiculous. Would have changed to another hotel if it wasn't the busiest weekend in Indy.
