I was not happy with the Motel 6 that was very very close to Holiday InnExpress, which is where I stay when ever I’m in Indianapolis did not look very safe, some of their guests that was coming in and out of the facility and unfortunately my children and grandchildren were frightened to get out of their vehicles when coming to visit me.So unfortunately my children do not want me to stay at Holiday Inn Express anymore because of this other facility (Motel 6) when I return in August for my 70th birthday celebration, the staff,are very friendly, have smiles and are very welcoming and professional,my room #was 215 and the address is 5855 Rockville Rd Indianapolis, Indiana and the rooms are very clean! Didn't like parking. The parking area was to small for everyone to park. The staff was polite and helpful when we had an issue with kids slamming doors and yelling in the hallway late at night they resolved the issue.

Ok, we had a room that could be a suite. The room next to ours with the shared door had been given to a children's birthday party and very noisy. We knocked on the door twice to ask them to quiet down. At 10 or 11 we called the desk because we had to make an early flight the next morning.

We had good time as a family there. Staff was very pleasant from the front desk and housekeeping. Nice breakfast, swimming pool temp should hav e been a little warmer. Overall we had great experience there, and my daughters saw snow for the first time there :)

Holiday inn is always my first choice to stay with family. Agent at front desk was not friendly no customer service friendly at all.

Chasity and other staff made this stay very enjoyable for our family! This is a wonderful location with easy access to downtown or the surrounding interstates. The complimentary breakfast also exceeded our expectations.
