Front desk attendant was great! Room was good… walls paper thin! Our neighbors either next to us or above us must have been deaf… we heard their tv until about midnight. Early in the morning doors slamming were so loud and the mom yelling at her child next door was loud. The a/c didn’t cool our room.

The room was not very clean. Bathroom fixtures were rusted and tiles on bathroom floor were loose. The carpet looked black. I was nervous of my small children being on the floor. The first night the fire alarm went off two times for faulty reasons. The second day the power flickered. It wasn’t in the nicest of neighborhoods either. The pool was small and felt dirty too. The breakfast in the morning was decent tho and the closeness to things we were visiting were about the only positives. The only working ice machine was in first floor and there were about 5 signs in the elevator talking about how much it doesn’t work and what number to call if you get stuck.

The hotel is located in an industrial region of the city bordering a changing neighborhood. One needs a car to get there. The parking lot is safe. My room was very, very clean. The front desk people were nice. The included breakfast was good. This hotel is appropriate for a person or family who stays for 1 or 2 nights.

The hotel looks new. Breakfast was OK, the family had it daily. Nearby there are places to eat. I would stay there if the occation comes.

Went to our room. There was a kid in it playing on his phone.

Although the staff and cleanliness was good our stay was disrupted by a loud party and the fire alarm going off several times and while we were attempting to shower and get ready to leave. Also witnessed children licking the spatula for the waffles which i feel could've been prevented if there were signs in place and staff present.

The room was clean and very spacious for small kids, and the breakfast was good for hotel food. I will say the chemicals in the pool were very strong.

Staff did not explain hotel stay accommodations and I had to ask several questions. A Wedding party was going on when we checked in. It was noisy, kids running around the hotel, no parking , food, trash and broken bottles scattered through out parking lot. The noise did not stop until after midnight.

Noisy, there was a party at the property that went to all hours of the night. No safe place to park your car, kids were throwing rocks.

Stayed here to visit family at Methodist Hospital. Short drive away, good stay. Made a difficult time a little easier.
