If you are LGBTQIA+ this is the place for you. The staff is your family the minute you get there. Jack was the most and Amy was the same. I've never felt more love at a hotel. Hugs to them all and thank you for a unexpected beautiful experience.

The staff will lie and say that Expedia books the wrong room. Expedia app clearly said double queen room confirmed. But the hotel lies and says that they never got that reservation. My family of 4, some had to sleep on the floor. Totally unacceptable and only offered me only a $50 discount. Never again will you guys get my money! Stay AWAY

No restaurant at hotel, no hot tub, breakfast subpar, Staff unfriendly. We did not get an option to park in garage. They said garage was full even though it was not. forced us to have to pay for valet parking. I would not stay here if you have small children very inconvenient to walk to kid friendly restaurants.

I was very happy with the hotel except that I have to pay a $75. pet fee on a well behaved dog and there were at least a dozen families here with kids that did more damage to the hotel than my dog would ever be allowed to do. I should have checked on free parking cause that was another expense I wasn’t expecting. The extra cost makes it not affordable to stay as a senior traveler. Most of us like to travel with our pets and the extra cost is too high. Although I enjoyed my stay the cost makes me have to reevaluate my next trip.

I’ve been to too many bad hotels. This was so nice. At check in the man acknowledged my kid and his new toy. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is beautiful. And the pool was perfect. My husband loved the gym. Over all the experience was wonderful. We will remember this stay

The staff was very helpful and professional! The room was very clean and spacious. Our two children slept on the pull out couch since it was the only room left but they were comfortable. The pool was very nice and clean. We did have to cross a short distance in the parking garage to access the pool in the main lobby but it was not a big inconvenience. The hotel was in a great area too! Glad we picked this one and would come back!

Hotel was clean, staff incredibly friendly, location great for accessing museums (great walk along the canal). Pool was great for the kids. Second time staying here because it's become a go-to option for a night in Indy!

Hotel was in a great location for our family plans of going to the Children’s Museum and the zoo. I didn’t realize the hotel had only opened 6 months ago. It seemed like some things were rushed. There were items in the room that the screws were coming out the walls. The cabinet door where the fridge is was hanging and about to fall off. The hotel had issues our first night and couldn’t give us Keys to the room. Apparently that has been happening since they opened. I would have loved a normal bathroom door not the sliding kind, doesn’t provide much privacy for families. The breakfast was great and one of the best we have had at a hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room had no microwave, we had to walk across the parking garage to other side to use a microwave!! And the titel of my room stated 2 queen beds refrigerator and microwave and was no microwave. There was no housekeeping was no flyers when we arrived on Friday the 17th telling us anything about it but was when we checked out Sunday the 19th. We had to go get our own garabge bags, toilet paper , and we had to take out our own garbage. Was a party on 2nd floor and we was on the 7th floor and could hear it playing loud music up until midnight and we had a 2 yr old with us could not go to sleep cause of the loud noise and the thumping and vibration it caused in our room. The breakfast was not the greatest, i had to keep letting the woman know we was out of stuff .I am sorry but for the price of the room and parking should have been a much better experience and it was not. Regret my choice for my family stay .

The check in was very stressful, as we had a lot of luggage and the only carts they had were tiny. They did not assist with taking things to our room, so myself as a single mom traveling with my mom and kids had to carry everything up and back to the car alone basically without a cart. The hotel is very confusing since it is combined with another hotel, and they don’t tell you how to get to the Hampton section of the hotel from the front desk.
