Always a great stay. We come here often when my son has appointments at Rileys children hospital. They are very welcoming, kind, clean, and comfy at reasonable price. The convenience of having a kitchen is wonderful.

Stayed here while a family member had unexpected surgery at Eskenazie Health. Room was great and location was perfect. Plenty of parking which is always a bonus. Associates were super friendly and helpful to out of towners like us.

The front desk person was extremely helpful upon our arrival! We had an airbnb nightmare and ended up needing a hotel at 9:30pm after traveling all day with a family of 4. We did NOT want to share a room and needed a kitchen (which was the whole reason for booking an airbnb) and let me tell you, this suite was perfect for our needs! We loved it, very clean, room and stocked supplies for cooking. Only downside was nothing walkable, but it was a quick drive everywhere we needed to go and there is a free shuttle if needed.

We drove 20 hours and had a room reserved. I called multiple times about an early check in which I know isn’t guaranteed. When we arrived one hour before check in after burning time around town all morning we still couldn’t get into our room. It was when we arrived that we found out about the construction and renovations being done inside the hotel. This was not made known before reserving the room and at that point it was too late to cancel. We were not staying there during construction while they kicked up whatever mold and dust with an infant. We still had to pay a cancellation fee regardless.
