Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

Room was okay. Bath room was dirty with hair in the tub. Kids in pool area were out of control throwing chairs and other stuff in pool had to go down to desk and tell someone next morning came out to my car which was not in parking garage. Parking lot behind hotel that we have used for years. Apparently they now want you to pay 18.00 to park there??? Was not unformed of changes abiut parking at check in!!! We stay at this hotel because we come down to peyton manning children hospital for about 7 years. Will find another hotel after this

So loud at the pool and older kids took over. Had to get my younger kids out of there

Nice hotel room, clean facilities, friendly staff, and convenient restaurant. Nice it was attached to the mall. Only downside was other guests letting their children make going to the pool an awful experience.

Great service and location. Stay at this hotel every trip to see family.

Hello, To whom it may concern, I would not recommend this property because of the cleanliness of the room. It stated on the website that the rooms were renovated, and it seems that it was, however the surprise was how dirty it was. Since then, I have let management know about the discrepancies that I had, I stayed in room 718, I came out of town to enjoy family that's living there, typically I stay at the hotel Carmichael. We usually wind up going to Keystone Mall to shop, and this is the reason why I decided to stay at the Sheraton. The dining staff was friendly and attentive. My suggestions to anyone that is reading this to do your own due diligence, it all depends on what kind of person that you are. If you like and more elegant stay I recommend the Hotel Carmichael, which costs more money, but the accommodation is excellent. In saying that if you decide to stay here then I will make sure I double check the room. We had an old sock that was left under the dresser drawer in the room, in addition to the sofa had a wine stain on the cushion, along with a wine stain on the armrest. The room was very dusty, and I have allergies. If you are older, I will not suggest that you stay, the price was very welcome but unfortunately you get what you pay for.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff & convenient garage attached as well as the mall with lots of shops & food. Loved the gym & the hot tub looked huge but lots of kids & seemed hectic so got in some steps instead on treadmill. Security does good job keeping kids out of the gym without parents. The cons: Expedia booked “corner room” which I’m guessing they get for massive discount because it was 1/3 the size I thought it would be. Also, cleanliness: Where the towels were kept, beneath sink was super dusty- like it hadn’t been wiped down in months. Sink didn’t drain properly. Hotel front desk offered to send an engineer up but I was leaving. Didn’t feel like wasting time just wanted them to be aware.

I stay here alot throughout the year as I have family close. It’s definitely my go to , trustworthy, get what you pay for thumbs up hotel in Indy😉👍

Recieved amazing service from the front desk at 2 am, she went above and beyond to take care of my family.

Everyone is friendly and professional. 10/10 will stay again. My children had a great time as did my husband and I.

Band kids kept my daughter & I up all night. Sheraton should consider that when assigning rooms. We were there for soccer tournament so sleep is very important. Food attendant was very good but I was super nervous to eat the scrambled eggs as they looks super runny both mornings. Elevators are fast expect when you are trying to leave and all of the band kids are as well and the band director won't let you on. Parking garage was a bit confusing as well.
