Came for family trio. Staff was friendly hotel was clean breakfast delicious. Daughter loved the pool

The customer service was excellent and the stay was excellent. I stayed with my family for the solar eclipse 2024. Everything was great. Only issue I had was that the sliding door to the restroom wouldn’t stay closed. Not a big deal, but a little annoying when someone is trying to change in private. They provided a little care package for the eclipse and the small details that were subtle throughout the hotel were still noticeable and greatly appreciated.

Went to see eclipse with my family, stayed for one night and it was pleasant.

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was a nightmare and hardly anywhere to sit because a group of children were staying at the hotel with parents. Compared to other hotels that cost around the same and are major chains the breakfast options were minimal and unexciting. There should be more selection and space to eat. The manager seemed to be trying his best which I can appreciate a lot. He was standing over the serving area re stocking and helping out as much as he could. If you gave that guy and lady working the breakfast area more to deal with they would benefit a lot. They look restricted because of what the hotel gives them to work with.

We enjoyed our stay very much :) room was clean, smelled nice when we entered. Staff was very friendly, ladies brought more towels immediately when we asked. Pool was nice and big just a bit cold but that didn’t bother the kiddos. Parking is great, breakfast too. Great stay. Thank you guys :)

The property was clean and easy to find and park. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Our room door did not latch properly but was not a huge issue once we figured out we just had to pull/push a little harder.

We frequently visit Indy and have stayed at many of the cities finest hotels ( I.e: bottleworks , JW Marriott n iron works First time at this hotel but have stayed Hampton often . Last night there were teen boys having food fights in the hallway and elevators .. I go hit in the face with a piece of pizza the pizza is still on the elevator floor as a splatter mark … couldn’t use the pool area felt unsafe due to being with baby … the blood curling screams and the amount of alcohol being consumed as these boys just annihilated the pool area , hallways etc I spent 350$ for a room that was unable to be enjoyed so we will not being staying again due to letting your hotel staff know , exactly what was going on when it was going on n they did nothing . I would’ve stayed at a motel 6 if I wanted to deal with alcoholics and drug addicts n that’s why I don’t stay there n never have . I hate seeing this hotel go down the tubes the way it has !

Booked as an overnight to save travel time to our child’s sports tournament. Check in was easy and desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel was clean. Pool area was great. And an early breakfast before we got on the road was perfect! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

All was great except for the pool which was overrun by wild kids making too much noise

Nine family members for 3 days for the solar eclipse. The hotel staff were excellent, room was comfortable, and hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants.
