This was a great hotel for the money. Nice outdoor patio with TV’s. It was kid friendly and very clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean and in working order. We have stayed at this location 2 times now.

The shower on the room had clearly not been cleaned in between guests. There was hair in several locations in the shower. The valet was extremely unhelpful upon our arrival. I was stopping at the hotel on a road trip and had a child on crutches, dogs, and another child and they were unwilling to let me unload my car in the front of the hotel. I had to go into the garage and back and forth on two different elevators several times just to get situated. If the valet had just allowed me to unload my suitcases with my son on crutches, it would’ve saved a lot of hassle.
On a positive, we had a great experience at the seafood restaurant.

Sheets were dirty upon folding over comforter to sleep( some hairs and weird smears). We also had housekeeping knock on our door at 9am waking up our children…not sure what the purpose was as they apologized right away. The pool could use a cleaning as there was some hair in water.
Front desk was awesome and very accommodating as we were traveling with special needs children! Would definitely stay again minus the opening interruption.

Hotel is DIRECTLY across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse where the NCAA tournament was being played. This was AWESOME since that's why we were in town. If you're booking in March and NOT going to the games, consider this. It was a madhouse of families.
I was so surprised there were rooms left at all, so was happy to find two at this place that were reasonably priced.
Downside 1. They did not have the rooms we reserved ready at around 7:30 pm when we arrived. We were told it was an Expedia glitch and that it would be about an hour until our rooms were ready. After two separate complaints (first my husband, then a bit after from me) they said they could do one of the rooms then but that it would be a king room. This did not work for our group, but we needed to get checked in so we took it. The clerk wasn't even a bit apologetic. Had she expressed some sort of understanding that it was an inconvenience, it would have at least felt better.
The room was fine. Clean. The lighting: AWFUL. I expect downtown city hotels to have poor natural light, especially if I'm not booking a room with a view, but the actual lighting was just bad. The room was so dark.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Food from Pivot downstairs was delicious, delivered to our room hot and with all the necessary condiments. Pool is very nice, perfect for kids.

The hotel was in a great location with plenty of food options around, the room was clean and beds comfortable. The service was great and overall hotel was very nice. The only drawback for us was I was slightly disappointed in the breakfast options and for a family, the pool was pretty small.

Very much a bar scene with rowdy patrons. Late night noise atmosphere. Not the best for families coming to Indianapolis. Breakfast area was extremely understaffed. Seems like only one person was working all of it.

Customer service was terrible!!!!!!
I called the day before to see if I could get early check in, the lady told me yesterday you can and it shouldn't be a problem.
Wanted to be sure before we drove 3 hours down to watch our high school boys bball championship game.
We get there and the manager lady at the desk has a nasty attitude and tells me that my rooms not ready and I can't check in, but we can take your money and put you in the Que.
Now at this point I'm frustrated and now she says that she can cancel it and find another hotel since I don't seem happy.
I say WHAT!!! Now that doesn't make since, so now my wife kids and myself have to find something to do for the next how many hours.
I'm really upset at this point, so I call customer service to let them know about the situation and this lady and I said if they aren't going to hold up to their end of things that I'm going to call my bank and dispute the charge that they already took.
The lady says they'll text you when your room is ready and asked about me disputing the charge and took my number to make sure they can text me when it's ready.
I have it to her and about 30 minutes later I got a text that my room is ready.
Now we have to walk back to the car and and drive to the hotel.
I get in line to check in, the same rude lady, says HELLO rudely and then proceeds to tell me that she canceled my room since I made a threat.
She then says enjoy your stay Mr Adams but it won't be here with a rude smirk

My name is Sharline Miggins and together with Lacroes family we stayed there for 4 nights. We never saw housekeeping. The stay was included breakfast however, everyday it was the same thing. For the amount we pay, we were expecting better service. The roons were dusty and with no house keeping you can imagine. Noone mentioned that construction was going on. We request a refund. We had to go out for breakfast. Thank you for your understanding.
