Homewood can't be responsible for the horrible loud, and disrespectful night life that goes on all night, however they should warn guests. Despite police sirens and cops yelling at kids to go home right outside our window intil 4 am, the hotel refused to extend our checkout by one hour. Rooms are spacious and clean but bed linen and towels are stale smelling. Valet was attentive especially Jeremiah. Ill never stay at this Hilton again.

While the overall experience was very good. Full kitchen should contain a oven or at the very least a toaster oven. Pulled in for my stay with 12 fozen pizzas for my family to snack on and nothing ro cook them in. Also I booked the hotel because it had a pool and packed swim apparel for my kids to enjoy the pool in our off time, and there was no pool. Also pay when you get there is not pay when you get there, hotels.com needs to get with these hotels and publish the exact terms. Otherwise the trip was very good. Everyone was polite, helpful, and went out of their way to provide for us. Place was very clean and the room was very spacious.

My family of 6 absolutely loved this facility! The tall ceilings in the suite gave us the illusion of a bigger room, so we weren't cramped at all. We will book again for our next trip!

This was the perfect place to stay to watch the Pacers play (and would be great for a Colts game, as well). If they have the 5:30-7:00 p.m. social hour with food, take advantage of that. The breakfast is good, too. You do pay for valet parking, but you are walkable to everything downtown, so I don't see that as problematic. (Be aware that the pool is small if you have kids).

Very clean and offered a lot of extras. The only thing that I wasnt able to address with the staff. The pool light was popping out of its socket. That needs to be fixed, but I was not able to speak about that while I was there. Time restraints and kids Loved this hotel!

Unfortunately I came with my family and our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby for an uncomfortable amount of time. They did give us the room type that was promised and check in time although guaranteed did not happen. My family and I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Pros—Loved the building and the old architecture that they preserved throughout. The room size was amazing and had plenty of space for a family to be comfortable in. Bathrooms were large and roomy and the bed was comfortable. Conveniently located and the valet staff were super friendly. Cons-we unfortunately experienced numerous disturbances throughout the night and a bunch of kids kept running the halls to knock on doors and run away. Not the hotels fault, but definitely not ideal. Pillows weren’t great. The front desk staff did not ask how our stay was at check out, which is something I believe should happen every time you check out of a hotel. Overall- would stay again.

Very nice, quiet property. Stayed for a concert with my family. The key entry for the pool was locked with no sign to let guests know, but the front desk helped us in with no issues. Overall great stay!

When I booked my Hilton stay online I expected a quality stay. But when my family and I arrived people staff were rude. It seemed like they didn't care to be there or help guests. The hotel lobby was very dark as if half the lights were off which was unpleasant. I needed extra blankets in our room for my daughter and when my husband called down we were told the blankets "weren't ready" I don't know what that mean, how can a hotel have no extra blankets on hand? I understand this is an old building turned into a hotel, but it shouldn't feel dirty or cheap, it's the Hilton. But that's exactly how it felt, dirty and cheap. Breakfast was ok, but paper plates, bowls, plastic utensils? Really?
