Was here to give my grandbabies a FUN trip and requested a room high for an exciting view and wasn’t impressed. Also, disappointed IN Size of room AND POOL!! Definitely best for single business person, not for a faintly of 4…. And after walking all day around downtown, a hot tub would have been REALLY NICE!! Overall, hotel was nice, but NOT FOR A FAMILY. THE PARKING SITUATION SUCKED!! Would have drove car a couple places was gonna be charged $20 everytine to use your own car????!!!!

1. It was very noisy outside at night….. motorcycle racing on the streets until 2-3 AM. 2. Also, booked suites so that we would have three beds….two queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. However the sleeper sofas in both suites were so uncomfortable with horrible mattresses and metal bed frame poking through, we ended up putting the mattresses on the floor for the kids to sleep on. 3. Not sure about housekeeping. Had to call front desk to get trash emptied, dry towels and coffee supplies. Evidently guests have to request housekeeping or you don’t get it!

We’re in the lobby eating, homeless man was allowed to enter the hotel, proceeded to steal our belongings all while hotel “security” was playing solitaire on his phone. The thief was stopped by myself, until police arrived. Not Once did hotel management ask if we were ok or compensate. The children in our group were terrified and got No sleep as any kid would be worried after facing this traumatic situation. I would think twice about staying here as guest security comes second at this place

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was just ok. We had a suite which was very spacious and had a door to close between the bedroom and the sitting area, which was nice because we had our kids with us, so we could put them to bed and still relax. The carpet felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages or is past the point of ever being clean. Our room faced the street and it was a Friday night. There were cars revving their motors all night, apparently the cool thing to do. We were walkable to a bunch of great restaurants and water is complimentary.

Came there for a family get away, we loved the location and the pool but wish it had a hot tub. Bed wasn’t comfortable but the location was great. Would stay there again. Wanted to take the kids on the circle to walk at night but it ended up pouring and couldn’t go watch the show at 10:30 very upset about that.

It was great. We were there for a family trip to see the lights at Monument Vircle and do a little shopping. Downtown Indy shopping is pretty disappointing but the hotel was great. The location was right next to the lights and the restaurant was handy for food after. The staff in the restaurant was so amazing and pleasant considering how busy they were. I’m fact, all of the staff was great. The 2 rooms we had were spacious and clean. It was a great experience.

clean, very nice. Easy walk to anywhere downtown. If you have kids, the pool is pretty small and was cold.
