The hotel was great but the room where we stayed in has a wasp nest outside the window and my kids got scared. On the night we stayed there there are lots of kids checked in and some of them decided to play the dingdong ditch. Other than that the staff are great and the place is clean food is okay. We’ll definitely come back.

Our room had an infestation of ants and refused to switch us rooms. They sent someone to vacuum one spot in my room and did nothing else about the ant issue. Management and staff were very nagging about everything and very unprofessional and rude. They also were watching every thing I did on the camera and admitted to it. Then decided at 4 am to kick me my friend and our kids ranging from 7 months old to 11 years old out because our tv was too loud and we never got a single warning. Me and my friend and our kids woke up to 3 cops standing in our room with bright flashlights telling us we had to leave which was traumatic for children. It was a horrible experience.

Great for a family of 5. We were all able to have our own space for sleeping in one of the suite type rooms. Placed the couch cushions as a barrier between the chase and the pull out bed to create a nest of sorts. Super clean and the parking lot was full - always a good sign. Staff were so friendly.

It was apparent that someone had been sleeping in our “clean bed” prior to arrival. Hair, eyelashes, and an area in the sheets showered this to be true. I asked for new sheets which were provided for me. They offered to change my room but I declined because my children were already settled. While changing the sheets I unearthed an even more disgusting “mattress pad” the that was covered in animal and human hair. It was gross. Pics are hard to see due to lighting since kids were resting. Would not recommend.
