Hyatt Place East Moline Quad Cities

The place was amazing. The room was clean and staff was really nice. Breakfast was good and they had a wide variety for a Sunday. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay

The plus: The property is right on the Mississippi. Walking the bank path in the evening is a treat. The area is mostly quiet and clean. Staff in both of the on property restaurant/lounges were excellent. As were the housekeeping staff. Those individuals know customer service. The negative: Pricing for the property considering it's location, value it's what it should be. Staff at the front desk aren't all considerate of the fish bowl they work in. Lacking in customer service. e.g.Pool towels were needed, front desk staff was notified and more than 30 minutes later the towels were not restocked. When one of my party went to inquire again they weren't well received. The beds were hard, and noise levels at night could be irritating due to hallway traffic and doors that aren't made to close softly. Should my family find ourselves back in the area we will find other accommodation.

This is our go-to place to stay in the Quad Cities! Everything about this property is convenient and easy. For this trip, I want to recognize Jasmin at the front desk for helping us out with getting a last minute room for my niece and her kids after them being stranded. Your kindness is SO very much appreciated and we are very grateful for you!

We stayed here last year and had a great experience so we decided to stay again this year. Again, the hotel and staff were beyond outstanding. A HUGE shout out to Jasmin at the front desk who assisted us with getting a last minute room for my niece and her three little ones after a terrible day of being stranded. We will never be able to thank you enough for your kindness!!! Everything about this place is great and we will return again anytime we are in town.

Staff was friendly and helpful. No worries at all. Close to at lot of attractions and only 2 hours and 45 mins from Chicago. Mississippi River views from room. Quite and peaceful environment. Great for kids. Weight room indoor pool and bar on first and top floors. Food was delicious and options for everyone.

Let's start with the staff was friendly and professional but the hotel itself was dismal..first the pool heater was broke so the pool was unpleasantly cold and the design of the pool area is down right dumb...not a dry stop in the small place with path ways so narrow anyone looking to keep an eye on their children while staying dry is just, you're out of luck... The building itself is relatively new but in horrible disrepair....missing signs on the walls, rips in the carpet, broken implements (i.e. plunger, toilet paper roll holder, peep hole) The staff allowed kids to race electric scooters down the hallway at all times of night and allowed someone to park a 40 foot flatbed trailer across 5 parking spots in the lot most near the building on a night that in got down to freezing and on a local school dance night forcing more patrons to walk much farther All in all it was horrible, so horrible that my family and I returned to our home to sleep in peace and comfort Will not be returning to this location nor will I ever recommend it to anyone until serious improvements are made!

We have stayed at this hotel many times because of location and overall good hotel conditions. On this visit there were kids screaming and slamming doors along with running up and down the halls until just after 4:00 am . Garbage was in the hallway and the elevator and after calling the desk around 2:00 they acted surprised even though acknowledging the kids were down in the lobby area as well . Last time we will stay at this location !!!!

In town for overnight family get together. Late check in, smooth and quick. I stay here regularly. Always exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable.

My family with 3 children has stayed here twice. The staff is kind and accommodating. The place is extremely clean. The included breakfast was quite satisfactory with its variety and quality. My only complaint is that the pool is absolutely frigid. We did say something to the front desk this time, and they exhibited genuine care and concern so I’m hopeful that if we do another visit to this property, the temperature will be more suitable for small children to enjoy.

We requested a room with a view and we were not disappointed. We had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was top notch. My kiddos went back for seconds. I felt the pool was a bit small but the gym room made up for that. Overall an amazing stay. Highly recommend!
