This was great, got in evening with two kids everyone tired a d grouchy. Easy check in, super clean room. No dingey carpets or suspicious stains. Everything in the bathroom worked and didn’t smell. Didn’t have to worry about anything except the toddler leaping off the beds. Excellent al round.

Pool water was extremely cold, very uncomfortable for family to enjoy. Hot tub was shown on website but has recently been removed. 5 stars for cleanliness, staff and breakfast.

Navim was very professional at check in, courteous and friendly. We always chat with the staff if they have time. Denise in the breakfast room was very helpful, and Malay at the check in desk was also very competent and nice. All together a very good time. They let us use the breakfast area for incoming family who came for the funeral of our aunt - it was nice to be able to have a place where we could all be together instead of our bedrooms.

It was a nice place, clean, and fairly quiet even when it was full wedding family. We did not hear much in our room.

The hotel is less than 2 years old so everything is new and clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold foods. The lady running breakfast even had worksheets and crayons for our kids to use while we were eating...a very lovely surprise. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus too.

We travel from Tennessee to see family. Always clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint was shower gel dispenser was empty.
