Holiday Inn Express & Suites Morton - Peoria Area, an IHG Hotel

The staff member at the front desk was very friendly. Our room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Our children enjoyed the pool. My husband and I wished the hot tub was a little warmer but that's okay.

Very clean and friendly besides getting a noise complant because my baby was crying which is hard to control it was pretty good.

My phone initially used the street address from the Expedia email which took us to the Best Western on other side of road, but it was easy enough to see where we were supposed to be. The person checking me in was friendly and helpful, explained the no-smoking, no-pet rules. Upon getting to the room with my 12 year olds, it smelled pretty strongly of weed. I mentioned it to another person at the desk when I went back out to the car, only because I didn’t want to pay a smoking fee for someone else and he assured me they were aware. It wasn’t bothersome beyond that. Kids enjoyed the pool, it was easy enough to pick up decent pizza, and it was quiet during the night. Hotel staff called the next day after finding our little lost bag of laundry and a phone charger. They had it shipped to our house and it arrived very quickly. The shipping cost much less than replacing the outfits, my kid was relieved. Great of them to take the trouble!

Best hotel in Peoria area! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, really nice pool & hot tub, delicious breakfast , & very nice staff! Definitely will return, great for anyone & very family friendly!

Wonderful stay. We will stay again. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. The breakfast was great! Plenty of options for everyone. Very kid friendly hotel...also pool was wonderful.
