Best Western Plus Peoria

It was a good stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was clean. There was a very large Cross Country meet at the park so there were a lot of kids staying on the property. The room was on 1st floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast was pretty busy but it was good. It's in a good area with several different places to eat close by. The hotel is older and could use a little update. The sink is outside the bathroom which doesn't leave a lot of privacy, but all in all, it was a nice stay. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitly stay there again.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The AC worked fantastic, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. Whenever we needed towels, the front desk would accommodate us. It was very family friendly and many families would bring food to the lobby to eat and hang out. The pool was always full but families seem to be happy and even BBQing outside. There are good food options nearby. The shower wasn’t great because it made noises and the pressure was low but it got the job done. They need new hair dryers. It only had low setting and there was barely any heat. We would most definitely stay here again.

Spent three nights for a convention. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and well maintained. My room was comfortable, especially the bed, which was needed after long hours at the convention. The only negative was my final night there. One or two softball teams were staying there and the sound of young kids running up and down the hall with no supervision was a bit annoying. Other than that, I will come back here to stay next year for my convention.

The team member at check in was very nice. She let us know that a kids sports team was staying at the hotel and they had been advised on how they were expected to act. She said “if they bother you, just call me and I’ll take care of it”. We really appreciated that ! Also, kudos to the kids and their chaperones…it was a very quiet night, no issues at all :0). No frill hotel but it was clean and the employees more than make up for the dated atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked that it was affordable and close to the hospital where I was visiting family.

It was a bittersweet trip to say goodbye to a family member who had died. But a large group of our family stayed in the Best Western Plus and we were so thrilled we made this choice. Everyone from registration to housekeeping were fabulous! This establishment exceeded our expectations and made a tough trip so worth it. The manager even asked us how the services went and if we needed anything. Classy staff, good food, super clean and personalized service. We will be back!

The staff was so amazing and very helpful. We will make this our regular hotel stay when visiting family in Peoria. Room was very spacious which was great since we had to bring our 6month old puppy with us. Lots of room for her to play in.

The staff was the best!! From the young lady who checked us in at night to the ladies who checked us out Sunday morning, just fantastic! They also provided my family and I with information about where to go and what to do in Peoria, delivered clearly and with a smile. The only knock was the toilet didn’t flush properly and the bathroom is outdated a little but we made it work with a plunger. They very politely offered to move our rooms but we declined the offer.

A quick overnight stay while visiting family. The young lady at the front desk was so kind. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy access to the interstate.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit local family. Simply amazing. We love the location and the staff. Very clean and great breakfast. Never had one issue.
