Stoney Creek Inn Galena

Room was perfect for a girls weekend that included an infant. Clean with rustic features typical for Stoney Creek make it feel homey. All the employees were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast with good hot options. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Shower was awesome.

Two adult three children stay - staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Kids loved.the pool area complete with beanbag game. Near to McDonald's, groceries and mexican food. Breakfast was normal with a great hostess making sure food was replenished and answering.questions. only negative was room did have slight damp smell to it. Appreciates the microwave ans fridge combo. Will be back thank you!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Stoney Creek Inn in Galena, Il. The staff was more than friendly and kind. The inn had a wonderful pool that was at the perfect temperature as well as a large hot tub. They had mini games around the inn that was a hit for our 6 year old. Can’t wait to return.

I enjoy my family trip this hotel is really comfortable

lots of construction around the property to weave through to get to the hotel. The people staying at the property were not friendly and we went to the pool for the 10 pm - 11 pm adults only time and a lady was in there with two very small kids and blocked the entry into the pool and the other entry was blocked by a narcissist who began exercising in the pool and literally splashing water all over my friend in the pool and me while I stood outside the pool. She had zero concern for anyone around her. So not the hotels' fault but just left a really bad taste in our mouths with how rude other guests were. The pool during non-adult only hours was monopolized by a family of 5 screaming kids.

Everyone was super friendly, Alisha was amazing and had great customer service. Dog friendly and the staff was lovely with my fur baby.

This hotel is great. The staff speak English and are very helpful! Our AC went out in the middle of the night and the indoor pool was a little chilly, so I gave comfort a 4 star, but even with that we had a great time. Very family friendly and overall good time! I don’t give many five star reviews, but this one, EVEN WITH OUR MISFORTUNES, was a five star stay.

Nice place but noisy when there are kids on the property. Very convenient to galena and nice accommodations.

It did not have an elevator, some of the chairs needed to be replaced. People were very nice. It was clean . My family member had to go down to get his card rebooted to get in to their room.

The swimming area has a lot of space for groups to hangout with kids.
