Unfortunately, our vacation was severely impacted by the worldwide outage that occurred on the 19th. This unexpected event caused significant disruptions to our plans and overall experience. Given these circumstances, I believe a refund or some form of compensation is warranted.
Despite the unavoidable nature of the outage, I feel that the hotel could have taken more proactive steps to address the situation and provide support to its guests. Instead, we were left without adequate assistance or alternative accommodations, leading to considerable inconvenience and stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation.
We had hoped for a more compassionate and customer-centric approach, especially given the widespread nature of the outage.
I kindly request a refund for the affected days of our stay, or at the very least, a credit or voucher for future use at your hotel. I believe this gesture would go a long way in restoring our faith in your establishment and ensuring that we consider your hotel for future vacations.

Very upscale, but maintained property. It was clean, and the room was very comfortable with a nice view. I wouldn’t recommend for smaller kids as it has more of an adult only vibe but they were still really accommodating and friendly to me and my daughter. The bistro they have on the first level has really good food and an awesome Happy Hour. It was in a convenient location to both the subway and bus stops. I would stay here again!

Decent stay but not a great location for small kids as the rooms are not noise proof, sirens can be heard several times during the night. Service could be speedier. Our room's console table was awkwardly far from the wall and not movable too.

I love the modern design of the rooms and the ambiance of the hotel. I especially love the floor to ceiling windows and hard wood floors. The hotel and room was clean. It was also quiet. I never heard any other guests.The staff was polite, helpful and greeted us with smiles every time we encountered them. Eurostar Magnificent Mile is our go to hotel whenever any of my family visits the Chicago area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A great location for sightseeing around Chicago be it shopping, sports, festivals, dining or more. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that the air didn’t circulate very well in the junior suite and made it hard to stay cool at night and some of the lights didn’t work around the room. Otherwise a great stay!

The property was okay. We paid for a junior suite but did not see the city from our room. The room was basic for what we paid. No microwave in the room. There is no parking at the hotel. You have to either valet or go to a parking structure. Besides that it was good for the night.

Will never stay here again and will never recommend anyone to stay here. The only good thing was the price of the room. Beds sink in the middle and are uncomfortable. Entire staff thinks they’re apart of the secret service or something, they watch your every move and do not let you do anything within the hotel without questioning you of your whereabouts. If you have family or friends in town for an event, forget it! They don’t want ANYONE in your room for not even a second. Absolutely no fun allowed in this hotel. If they notice an additional guest with you, they will question you.
I forgot a personal item in my room while checking out, I hadn’t even made it out of the hotel yet and asked if I could go retrieve my item from my room and they told me no. So I then asked if my friend who hadn’t checked out yet, who also had her own room ON THE SAME FLOOR AS ME, could go retrieve my item for me and they said no to that as well. They offered to have a male security guard go to my room and retrieve my item for me instead, no thanks. They kept my item.
Overall, this hotel sucks and they need to lighten up a little bit. Will not return.

This property was amazingly located. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I stayed here the night/weekend of my wedding, and during checkin the person informed me they had done a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. My wife and I were happy with the upgrade it was an incredible room. We plan to come back for our one year anniversary. Definitely recommend.
