We had a nice suite with adjoining rooms. Huge! Wonderful! Great set up for family with mom and dad and two college kids. Great set up!

We love The Ambassador! Safe neighborhood within walking distance to all major attractions! Valet, housekeeping, and front desk was wonderful! Will definitely be back! Very accommodating with two small kids!

The gentleman who checked me in was fabulous. Very colorful and had wonderful suggestions. He is part of the reason I upgraded and stayed over night. It’s a really nice hotel and all the staff I interacted with were friendly. I will be talking this place up with family and friends who want to visit Chicago.
