even though there were tons of kids for a soccer tournament, the staff always was so helpful as everything was sold out by the kids! Hoping the bar will be opened soon!

the start when we arrive was very unhappy, we arrive also with a child at 2am and she was very unfriendly and give me the wrong room that also was occupied by another person

What I didn’t like was the lack of proper customer service I had experience. Due to my requests that I needed for my stay, they have failed to deliver. I had a baby that was not going to have milk for the middle of the night or even the next morning due to no fridge or even a crib to sleep in. I traveled far and paid for my room and made requests and in the end I ended up with a room that didn’t have what I really needed the most.

While this is an old hotel facility they are serving their customers well. It was our temporary home while there was a COVID outbreak in the family home where we intended to stay 😔
