Great hotel. One of the receptionist gave us a hard time that it felt uncomfortable. The experience was good except for the one staff member who either did not like me or my family.

We had an excellent stay! Check-in was very smooth and quick. The room was very comfortable, large, and extremely clean. I loved that the towels were thick and plentiful! The staff was very sweet and kind to my children, and breakfast was very good. They had lots of choices of food, including several hot items (sausage, french toast sticks, omlettes, waffles). The best part, however, was the pool! Unlike so many other hotel pools, it was not freezing cold!! It was a very comfortable temperature and my kids and I swam for over an hour. We had been driving for hours (lots of construction delays ugh), and it was the perfect antidote for our road-weariness! I would stay here again even just for the pool, haha! But everything was fantastic, and we had an excellent stay!

This was a wonderful stay! The room is nicely appointed, the location is great, and the employees are very friendly…I am incredibly particular regarding cleanliness and would rate it a strong 4.5 out of 5! Also very nice to have handsoap, bodywash, and lotion all at the ready! As others have said the beds are very firm, even just to sit on, but my family said the sleeper sofa was comfy (is a super twin or double size).

The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the toiletries were good quality. Being right next door to Wildfire was a nice touch, we could enjoy a steak dinner and go right back to the hotel. Put Put golf right across the street was a hit for our big kid (they have a height requirement so be warned it’s not little kid friendly). The continental breakfast had so many options it was easy to find something for us all to eat.

Nice suite fit our family of 6, 2 queen beds with a pull out sofa. Breakfast was a nice variety, good safety features on the doors to be able to get into the building and pool. Pool was nice and room temperature water. Our room was right across from extra public/guest bathrooms (score for family of 6!) and the ice machine. The only small complaint I had was that the room lighting was very dim for putting on makeup. I opened the curtains and stood in front of them with a mirror to be able to see well. We will definitely stay again! Room 103.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. However, I was dissatisfied with the pest issues in the room I stayed. There were bed bugs in one of the beds which unfortunately I found out after they bite my daughter. Was grateful staff relocated us ans reimbursed our stay. But I hope they take care of that problem before another family occupies that room. Although they claim there wasn't anything, I shared the pics and videos of the pests I found as I did my own search right after my daughter woke me up

The staff was very friendly and great with our concern we had in our first room. The breakfast ladies were very nice as well especially when I had an incident of finding moldy bread. I would stay again as the place was very clean and rooms looked like they were just redone as well! Only downfall we had was our first night after we were moved from original room the second room we were put in was closer to the bar which had loud music playing til 2am. Otherwise the kids loved it and want to go back!

Enjoyed my stay. Celebrated my son’s bday. Plenty of room in the suites, the kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.
