Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel

The stay was overall great. Friendly staff. During our stay, the front staff were bring trained. But otherwise very friendly. The only thing is they have 1 crib for the whole hotel. Luckily we were able to use it, however we were traveling woth 2 young kids and wanted 2 cribs. But we make it work. Our fault for not checking before booking. The pool is not heated but very clean. Parking is a breeze. Very close to everything. I would stay here again.

So here we go, we stayed here as a team for a baseball tournament. A bunch of 9 year olds and families. The staff at the hotel wont even greet you as you walk in and out of the hotel. Second we had 1 day where we had time to ourselves so we went to the pool and let the kids swim while we tried to enjoy some music and drinks, well the hotel staff decided to call the authorities to break it up lol insane we asked the hotel staff if this was not a kid friendly hotel, the response was "no". No complementary breakfast and when u walk down anywhere near the buffet setup the guy hawks you for your room # so he can charge you $9.95 a person, even for a bowl of cereal. This is sheraton that charges you $180 a night what am i missing here. I never felt so un-welcomed in a hotel before. The bar and restaurant was closed 2 out of the 7 days we were there due to supposedly a "sprained ankle to the bar tender" when asked to purchase something behind the bar the staff replied with "i dont have the key" long story short if you have kids or actually have a personality dont stay here, i know i never will again or the other familes that was with us, for the amount of money spent we should have been showed better customer services.
