Very good accommodations for my family. Loved the complimentary happy hour drink and the garden at crowne pointe directly across from the hotel. The one and only setback was the elevator wait time.

Facility was adequate but the last night of our stay a large family reunion was also at the hotel and we could not sleep due to all of the noise and door slamming their children and teens were making all night long.

Reserved a 2 queen suite. Arrived to the hotel to check in and my room was given away due to there being a family reunion there. They eventually found my family and I a 1bed. So our teenage daughter had to sleep with us. Was told we would have refreshments stocked in the room no refreshments. The air in the rooms are very poor, very hot 3 nights. I would not recommend this hotel.

First few hours once we arrived we waited for our tv and Air Conditioning to be checked out… only to be told @10pm we had to change rooms. Had to move our 3 children. The first room had food from previous occupancy. New rooms Ac was amazing ! But once again room had not been cleaned out completely, someone left a shoe. We only had our room clean once ( the first day and then never again. We had to take our own trash out and call for towels daily. Not to mention when we changed rooms we were moved to a single bed instead of two. Our kids were on a pullout which was ok but what wasn’t ok is that I asked for three pillow and only received one a day 3 calls later. When I asked why I was being avoided the young kid told me they literally have only had an extra pillow a night so it took three nights for me to get three pillows. Towels were a struggle to get. When I finally spoke to the right person I had three different people bring me towels all at once. Hispanic staff looked terrified and made several comments about getting in trouble. In one occasion a elderly Hispanic lady was treated unfairly for giving me towels. She mentioned to me they have to be careful. Elevators were always breaking down. We booked here for a family sports trip and weight rooms was down our entire stay except one night. We booked here for a good experience and got mediocre service. I was also never told about how the complimentary drinks work so I along with my spouse never took advantage of a drink.

Just upsetting with the pool closing so early checked in there expecting to let kids swim after 15 hour drive and the pool closed at 8

The desk clerk that checked us in was very unprofessional. We booked a premium suite which has snacks included. There wasn’t any snacks in the room when we checked in. My spouse went to the front desk to let the clerk know. The clerk was getting confrontational and made it seem as we received a free upgrade to the room. My spouse showed the clerk our reservation showing we booked a premium suiite. The clerk then tried to make it seem as if we needed to pay extra to receive the snacks. It was explained to the clerk that technically we did pay extra because our premium suite was $200 more than the standard room. The clerk then gave my spouse two bottles of water and a bag of pretzels. A night passed by waking up to a hot room at 4 am in the morning. We came to the conclusion that the hotel's power was out. During the blackout there were kids running through the hallways playing tag in the dark. This caused a great concern for us because our 2yr old son is asthmatic. Due to our son's asthma, our surroundings need to stay cool. We couldn't even give him a breathing treatment because the power was out. The hotel staff didn’t even think enough of the guest to apologize for the inconvenience. That same day once again no snacks were put in our room. I had to call Corporate just to get our snacks replenished. The front desk used the excuse, the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Not the case at all because we purposely left the sign off door for housekeeping and snacks.

We loved our stay, especially the free hot breakfast, comfy beds, and free happy hour drinks! The facility does need a few upgrades like heaters in the pool (it was freezing for me and the kids) and regular maintenance on the elevators (that went out for a few minutes during our stay). Overall for the reasonable price, we’d stay again.

Overall a good stay .
I got stuck in the elevator with my kid and maintenance man did a horrible job at fixing the issue . Literally came crack the door open and said I’ll be back meanwhile my 7 year old having an anxiety attack .
Communication with front desk and what’s online needs to be worked out . Everybody had different times for room service pool etc
Staff was friendly, rooms was nice, my neighbor kids was rude kept tugging on the door and hitting the walls . Beside that great stay .

My experience was okay I was with my kids and the did fix issues promptly. We had no trash bags in our rooms and no sheets for pullout bed. Was somewhat disappointed but my kids did not complain so it fair. Breakfast was okay, but my omelette was burnt. Probably won't come back. Was not safe for solo mom with stroller.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tatiana and the housekeeping team! It so nice to be in a place where customer service is stellar and you are really put first! They did such an amazing job. I truly felt as if I was around family! I will be back for sure! Thank you again Tatiana and the housekeeping team! You stock!
