Absolutely love the location and staff! The entire team was amazing from booking to departure. They respected the kids and it made all the difference! The only downside there was no microwave in the room but the one in the lobby worked out fine for our popcorn night.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was just okay. The coffee was good, but not available after 10 am. Breakfast offerings were average, but the hot plates covering the food were heavy, and frankly, a danger to young children or more frail individuals.

Check in person was not the friendliest. Room was not the cleanest.Shower has dirt in the corners. Pillows in one bed look like they had been slept on the night before. The couch looks grimy and the cushions are sunk down; looks NOTHING like pictured. I have been visiting the ATL area a-lot lately for business and family but will never book here again!

Staff was truly amazing both last night and this morning they were attentive and very accommodating I loved my stay I stayed last night with my three year old as he had a procedure this morning and we live 4 hours away I was scared to walk across the street to get my car at 6 this morning alone with my kid so the front desk lady kept him company while I got my car to park in the loading area she was awesome the men last night were awesome too i forgot to purchase extra drinks before going up to my room and I called down to ask the price and I was going to carry my sleeping baby down with me but he was going to bring it to me they were helpful and attitudes were great I loved it and definitely going to recommend anyone and everyone

The property is located right at Perimeter Mall, making it convenient to interstate access, shopping, and dining. Hotel was clean and had convenient parking. Even with that, we unfortunately would not recommend staying here, especially with so many other hotel options in the area. We intentionally picked this hotel and room since it had a pullout sofa and we were traveling with a young toddler. Around 9pm, we went to pull out the sofa bed to find out that it was impossible to pullout due to room configuration and a wall preventing it expanding. Front desk staff were very cold and didn't seem at all concerned if guests had a good stay.

*Real review* My family stayed at the Hyatt Place Perimeter this pass weekend. First I'll start with the good things. The hotel staff is excellent. From check in, to the bartenders to the waiters, to check out the staff is amazing and very friendly. Anything we needed they were right on it. Our room was quaint. Walk in shower, 2 queen beds and a queen pullout mattress. We were a family of 5 and everyone was comfortable. We forgot about breakfast on Sat morning so when we got down stairs they were about to close up, but the kitchen staff allowed my family to get plates before closing. We really appreciated that. Breakfast both days consisted of eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, pancakes and french toast sticks. The food was good to be complimentary, so no complaints. Now there were a few things that need attention. This hotel overall needs a deep cleaning. It needs to be vacuumed, floors need to be mopped and dusted immediately. Our shower door didnt close all the way and there was hair in the shower. We also had a clogged up bathroom sink. The last thing that I didnt like is that housekeeping didnt come and collect our dirty towels while we were gone. Its not a major complaint, but we had a family of 5 traveling so it kinda got messy fast. The last thing that annoyed me was our view was of the mall parking deck. It wasnt anyone's fault, just wanted a better view. Overall our stay was good and I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was great. We just had some neighbors that was smoking weed and we had child with us. That’s all. Staff was nice, hotel was very clean.

The staff was so accommodating. We went for my daughter’s 7th birthday. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning on Friday and Alisha took very good care of us…the entire time. Then Patrick, he was great too. They had balloons for my baby and everything! Awesome staff and wonderful hotel.

I loved the fact that you couldn’t get to your room floor without using your room key in the elevator. The staff was friendly. They have a parking garage. It’s not even a half a mile from the perimeter mall. VERY CLEAN! The bed is comfortable and the room stays dark! I slept like a baby.
