Overall was an excellent value. A little out of the way, but a beautiful street and felt very comfortable & safe. You allowed us an early check in, but the room initially delivered wasn't what we were promised. We asked for down pillows, were promised a high floor with a view. The room was on a low floor interior corner, was missing more than half the pillows, directly in front of the roof a/c's, mechanicals, and ladders/equipment, the coffee maker was missing and the toilet had been used. When I went back to the front desk, she apologized and said she was having another room prepared. This room was completely adequate, clean, and just needed a couple of nudges (fridge shelf was broken, and hallway bulb needed replacing). The breakfast staff on day 1 was overwhelmed, no clean tables, no full sized plates, and the lead staff person was barking at guests who were just waiting for tables. The eggs were consistently coldish and just didn't seem fresh. The omelet station attendant was never anywhere to be found. Still, the balance of buffet items were ample. The wait staff were absolutely lovely. The biggest plus are the friendly staff, well maintained grounds and gardens, and the pet/service animal policy felt warm and welcoming. There were a lot of fur babies on site and it felt joyous and relaxed, I think there are some little touches (like Hiltons fresh baked cookies) that would be homey & sweet. But overall, like I said, an excellent value.

Beautiful property! Close proximity to our family member graduation this weekend. Had breakfast buffet… delicious! Great selections! Will definitely stay here again!

My sis & I decided to get a room for the night while driving to see family. We checked Hotels.com and found the price at Hyatt Regency perfectly fit the budget. Our room was very clean, very comfortable and quiet! The front desk staff was extremely personable and helpful, both at check-in and check-out. We will definitely recommend HR here to friends and family and we will be back, the next time we are in town. Thank You for a restful, peaceful and comfortable night.

Easy check in and checkout. Not a big fan of parking garages but I understand the nature of downtown hotels and their necessity. There was some noisy kids on our floor (3rd) that roamed the hallways until late, but that could happen at any property. We didn’t call down to complain cause we’re just not Karen’s.,..lol.

The suites are super spacious. Oiur family of four stayed a week and it was perfect. The kids on the fold out couch and my wife and I in our own bedroom.
