We prepaid for our room and when we arrived, they let us know they had given it away and were transferring us to another hotel. That would've been nice to know before we unloaded the kids and the car… Was told we would be getting a refund for the first night stay which never happened and the manager has not returned my calls or emails. Have stayed here previously, but will not be returning.

Stay was great. My family was staying one night as a result of the global outage that occurred. Our flight was canceled and all hotels near the airport were all booked. I really appreciated this hotel and the Staff. Everyone we encountered were friendly. Shout out to Brittany- her friendly smile and upbeat nature made a terrible day/evening just a little better. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel under better circumstances. It’s in the heart of everything.
The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the underbed lighting that we couldn’t figure out how to turn off everytime someone gets out of bed.

The room was quiet, but that's about all I can say positive about our stay. The elevator wouldn't go to our floor, they wouldn't let my husband check us in even with the paperwork in hand, and the bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. The pillows were rock hard, the air in the room was not able to be set to a certain temp so we were either freezing or too hot, and although I rented two rooms at the same time, they put the rooms on two different floors, which was a pita for our family. We wanted to add a night to our stay and were told they were booked and couldn't do it, but the entire time we were there, most of the rooms were empty. When we got there, there were no instructions on how to park and no attendant at the valet, so my husband ran in to check us in, which they wouldn't allow. He came back out and we had to go back through the drive and wait for the valet to come out so we could tell him we were going to self-park. Only then we were able to get inside and check in. It was unnecessarily difficult. On the second day of our trip, they were ripping furniture out of the rooms next door to us, and it was so loud, so while it was quiet at night while we slept, the daytime was so loud. We weren't told about how to get food or drink from the hotel, so we ended up ordering door dash, but they wouldn't let them bring it to our room, so we had to pick it up where the dasher had dropped it off (unattended) in the lobby area. It was not worth the $$.

They oversold my 2 bedroom. I had to purchase another room to accommodate my family.

It was an okay stay. I was disappointed that we had to pay for parking. I feel that should be covered in the cost of the hotel. The room was nice but the lights on the bed and one light was not working. The shower was great. There was actually enough shampoo and conditioner to wash my hair. I could castmy phone to the TVwhich was nice. The staff was always nice qhen i or my family interacted with them.

This hotel was great for my husband and I! We were in town for the Falcons/Texans game and this is the best hotel by far for NFL games as you literally walk across the street for the game. I wouldn’t bring my kids here (at least not on event days) because it is a party scene. The lobby bar is fun; the rooftop bar is even better. The rooms are nice too.

I attended the Falcon/Steeler game at Mercedes Stadium. I loved the convenience of staying at the Reverb. Everything was wonderful at the Reverb: Clean, great atmosphere, good food, adequate workout facility, friendly and helpful staff! I will definitely be sharing my experience with other friends and family members!
The Reverb will always be my first option when attending events at Mercedes Stadium!

Hotel is new and beautiful, down the street from the Mercedes arena. Easy and smooth checkin service with my family. The only issue I had was with the car female valut service worker at arrival at 830 pm. This person had no customer service skills, talks down to you with an attitude almost if shes annoyed with people asking her questions. I honestly was close to replying her back with same sarcastic attitude back but held my composure for my wife and kids. Will definitely have to rethink my stay nextime when I am in ATL. Sad thing was this was my third time staying at this hotel celebrating my sons birthday week.

This was my family's first time staying at the property. It was very unique, quite modern and very comfortable atmosphere. The only complaint that my children had was that the hotel did not have a pool. They always look forward to swimming while on a vacation.
