Everything was as pictured. The rooms were nice and quiet. The staff was amazing. And I would stay at this hotel and tell my friends and family about it.

If you are planning on going to the aquarium, this is the place to stay. Friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast. They definitely need new towels though. Remember those sandpaper textured towels from your junior high school locker room? Somehow they ended up here! Also watch out for the valet parking. They wreak of pot and one guy even tossed me the key to the car and said, "3rd floor, you get." Is that enough to make me not want to come back? No, but hopefully they'll see this and make some changes.

The staff seemed bothered by any question. The location is a nightmare to find. The area around the hotel is not safe. When trying to get to our room, we encountered several small children who blocked our path and were asking question about why I (disabled veteran) was in a wheelchair. After a few minutes one of the staff members came along and admonished the children. It appeared as though they were her children and she brought them to work with her. When booking the stay, there was no mention that the only parking option is valet and it costs $40/day in addition to the overpriced hotel room. I say overpriced because street noise readily penetrates the room and makes it nearly impossible to sleep peacefully with all the emergency vehicles (remember - unsafe area) constantly running. There was extensive water damage to the wall and floor in the bathroom. The TV’s in the suite did not work properly. Front Desk Staff said Engineering would come by to fix them, but they never showed. There was no dirty laundry bag in the room. When we requested a trash bag from housekeeping for our dirty clothes, we were told they didn’t have any. The breakfast was pretty decent, though.

My family and I stayed at SpringHill Suites from Nov 29 to Dec 3 2023. We had a great experience, breakfast had a range of options to eat & drink, the rooms and facilities were clean and cosy and the staff were helpful. During our stay we intetacted with about 3 different receptionist. I forgot to get all the their names but Ruby was with us on our last day. She organised our ride to the airport and assisted with collecting and keeping all my packages safe, even before we arrived in the country. All the ladies were helpful in various ways. We had no regrets.

For a family, this hotel works really nice and the price was great. Very convenient to go to World of Coca Cola and the Aquarium, which was the reason we were there. We walked every morning to Starbucks and it was such a great walk, the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed very much! Also enjoyed the bar the first night and the bartender was great! Our AC brokers and we had to move to another room , the other room was loud due to a night club and they immediately moved us to a quiet room. Tue breakfast was good too! Was a win win for us!

Room was very clean, breakfast was yummy, but very crowded. The desk clerks were friendly, and the vallet service was great. They were friendly, speedy, and didn’t mind that I lysoled my whole car down (due to Covid) when it was returned to me the next morning. I stayed one night with two elementary aged children. Walking distance to the aquarium!

Room was ok. Not city view as described. Staff was great except for front desk, not friendly or was on phone when we checked out. Guy with big trash can/utility cart (don’t know if empty or not) ride with my family in the elevator.

Cons: There is a club next door and it was awful trying to get two little kids to sleep. One child had an accident and we requested new bed sheets, which were never delivered. Parking is not free. It is $40 valet.
Pros: It was across the street from the aquarium. The free breakfast was nice.

We had a king suite on the 9th floor overlooking the aquarium and could see the Ferris wheel. The kids loved seeing it lit up at night. Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again next time in the area. We walked to State Farm arena for a concert with no issues, felt it was a safe area.

It was a great stay! Me & my husband came with our two little kids and it was perfect. Hotel was super clean, staff was really friendly, the breakfast buffet was big and delicious, beds were super comfy, and bathroom was very well updated. We stayed here because the Ga Aquarium is literally right across the street and we walked to it. We ate Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria and that was delicious too! Oh and the hotel has a lil store in it for all your basic needs and a bar! I highly recommend staying here! 😊
