Hampton Inn Daytona Beach/Beachfront

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant from the get-go. check in went smoothly they even got us in a couple hours early. There were always pool towels available and housekeeping was on the ball. The food at Longboards their Tiki bar kitchen was delicious and fresh. Had a wonderful trip with the grandkids and will be back for sure.

Great and affordable. Clean spacious for a family. Beach is right there and a pool. Great tiki bar to grab a drink before the beach. Beach had lots of cars driving down and motorbikes which was very unsafe for our children.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the family suite. It was very nice and spacious. It was nice for a larger family. We had room for everyone and even enough room for games and relaxing. We will definitely stay again. The breakfast was nice and the pool was very nice as well.

Nice stay. Parking was a problem though. The people at the front desk were kind and accommodated us allowing us to park by the building in a non-spot rather than walking through the dark from satellite parking with my young kids.

The location is great, it’s right on the beach and close to all the shops. Our family would definitely stay here again!

The room had a terrible smell. The floors were too dirty to stay with our small children. We paid for ocean view balcony. You technically could see the ocean out the side, but we were right behind a dirty maintenance area full of AC fans, and our balcony had a hot AC return vent blowing out. We could not stay and I am awaiting a full refund. The staff was obviously overwhelmed, stretched too thin and not very helpful. We did not feel welcome or valued. Very disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay with my family. It was very relaxing. I enjoyed the breakfast the most. The gentleman who prepared the breakfast was very helpful. He helped me make a waffle all on his own. He was great! The access to the beach was good. Very nice experience.

We don’t get whatever we pay squeaky bed pool is very small just for kids parking was over booked and no place to park

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. My check in was ok. The manager Brenda was very sweet and very attentive to our needs. The housekeeping staff, maintenance workers, bar staff, security, and kitchen staff were amazing. Nice and very helpful. The front desk Clerk Loretta was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL for no reason. From the time we entered the property it was attitude and ignoring us as if we wasn’t standing in line to be serviced. It seemed as if she was irritated from the questions that we asked. Location of pool towels, breakfast hours, and bar hours etc. I had family waiting in the dining area and they experienced the same attitude and rudeness from her before my arrival. Just from asking questions about the hotel and perks. I would recommend her to not deal with guests if she can’t show customer service skills and hospitality

Great place to stay with family, only issue was that parking was $10 a night, should have just been included in the price because who wants to know they are paying for parking. Free Breakfast was great, kids loved making their own waffles. Didn't like that they don't take the trash out unless you put it outside of your room or the laundry but that seems to be normal these days for most hotels post COVID. The pool wasn't cleaned either, even after someone's boogie board broke and filled the pool with little Styrofoam balls. It was a little odd to me that when we went down the morning after the day it happened it was still full of Styrofoam and beach sand. All in all though it was a great place in our opinion for the price.
