Hilton Garden Inn Daytona Beach Oceanfront

This was our 2nd time staying here, and I truly didn't believe that the warm hospitality could exceed the first stay. The rooms, bathrooms, and pool areas are so clean and sanitary, just the way I like it, as I'm considered OCD! The staff are so friendly and they are like family amongst one another. Our room faced the beach, and the view of the the moon light over the dark waves, was just breath taking!! Although we live 5 hours away, we've already made up our minds to come again before the end of the year, just to relax 😎😎

Most important thing to know is this property is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE OR ACCOMMODATING. Also staff have no idea how to control or manage drunk & unruly guests. So not safe especially for single moms with kids. I could say a lot more but I am exhausted from our NIGHTMARE vacation.

The hot tub was broken. The pool had kids without supervision running around. They need a lifeguard there. And the hall we were on the third floor reeked of marijuana all weekend.

Entire area outback under construction….dangerous actually. . day time employees terribly unfriendly and rude. Had someone sell me an extra night stay when I just wanted to pay for it. Turned out the next morning my child and I were being kicked out of room even though the room was available when I asked to pay for an extra night and the next day there was no rooms available even though I never asked for anything free. The Toiletries that could be purchased inside hotel were out of stock and then harassed over and over. Absolutely so disappointed especially when this was a girls trip that was planned and willing to spend the extra money om a hotel that went down over 150 the very next day. Could have stayed in the Hilton resort for almost the same amount. Drove 8 hours to relax and enjoy myself instead the entire day on Sunday was ruined by going back and forth with front desk and no manager responses after I called them not even the next day.

Overall very clean and convenient. WAS a bit noisy at night with lots of activity all night long from children playing in the halls to dogs barking to people having loud conversations on balconies until 3-4 in the morning. And the ice machine was in use ALL NIGHT long! Even with the construction I would stay here again.

Great location, kids and pets friendly, publix and walgreens are across the street, clean rooms and property in general , well maintained outside

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our hotel room was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay was very relaxing. The pool was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. There was food on the curtain that a small child had left and stains on the carpet that I feel could have been cleaned- it is a Hilton after all. Overall it was a great stay. I was surprised that there was no information in writing about the pool hours and the restaurant anywhere in the room or given to me on checkin.

Stay away from this hotel. The worse experience ever. The front desk staff are not helpful at all and are very rude. My family and I regret staying at this hotel.
