Best Western Bayfront

THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN FOR ST AUGUSTINE! The hotel room is gorgeous and newly renovated. The bathroom makes you feel like your a king and queen . The staff are the best and so friendly and the pool was wonderful to cool off with the kids after walking all day . A tad but noisy at night since the bars but hey it’s a night life for the area. If I return to St Augustine I will definitely be staying here again . And honestly for the money it’s sooooooo sooo so convenient. Consider the price you’ll pay in parking around town when you think about booking . It’s a win win . Have fun!

Room was very clean and nicely modern, bed was firm but comfortable enough and the mattress didn’t transfer motion from one side to the other so that was good. Location on the bayfront downtown was very convenient and we liked that very much. The major problem was there was no sound deadening. So any noise from the other rooms such as screaming kids or the guy in the room a few doors down getting arrested at 1AM for battery on his wife was very loud. And the a/c unit which could’ve provided some steady white noise would not stay on high fan even though that’s the mode I set it on but it still acted as though it was set on auto. Breakfast was grab-and-go and was a muffin, a breakfast bar, and a water which we were happy to have. And there’s a nice balcony area you can sit and enjoy the early morning view and breezes off the bay. You can also get a discount at the little cafe next door if you want something more substantial. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider staying here again despite the problem of the noise.

We came to St. Augustine to stay 4 nights before our kids had to start back school. Great location and it is extremely convenient to get to and from downtown. Not please about having to pay $18 dollars a day to park on the property your already paying to stay in. Rooms were very clean and the water pressure sucked. Many times we had to get buckets of water from the pool just to be able to flush the toilet. Overall it was over priced and not worth staying at again. The only positive thing was the location. Don’t plan to stay again

The property is very clean and the location is great, which is why we have booked it 2 times now. However, since the first time we booked it the price has gone up significantly. I’m unsure I would book again at this price, especially if I didn’t have my kids so I could walk easier.
