Mackenzie at the front desk was awesome, she helped us check in early, and with a great room on the second floor. The rest of the front desk staff were great as well. Room was clean, and in a great location. Daniel, from the bar was in the lobby, making fresh free non alcoholic beverages, which was a very nice touch. Kudos to the General manager for that touch. The location is walkable to everything, and safe. The only down spot was the increase to Valet parking, which doubled to 40 dollars, used to be 20 which was a little better. Overall my experience was a 8/10 with my family. Will return Thanks

This was our first stay here and we were very impressed with how clean the hotel was! It is a beautiful hotel and all employees were very friendly. I will stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

It was nice. The valet guy when we checked in was so nice and helpful. Lunch at the hotel’s restaurant was yummy! The pool was not heated…. The kids were ok but way too chilly for me! The bathroom is nice and spacious but the wall is snot solid so there is no way to use the restroom at night with lighting up the entire room. They need a black out curtain for the bathroom. Overall nice stay!

The hotel is amazing!!! Super clean with a friendly staff. Stayed with my two boys who are 10 and 15. Not much activities for the younger children but they really enjoyed the room and love the pool area.

Very nice location and the room was big and spacious. Would have liked them to put the screaming child in a different location than beside us, because the walls seemed thin. The exterior and interior were very pretty.

My family really enjoyed our time. The staff was awesome.. from the front desk to the valet. The proximity to all the landmark sites, restaurants and shops was perfect. Breakfast at Castillo bar & kitchen was delicious and portions were generous. The only issue my wife and I had was how firm the beds were. If you prefer a softer bed I suggest bringing a pilllow top cover. Regardless of our preference issue we had a great time and would stay again.
