Nice Hotel to stay with family

The property was nice. The rooms were big. It's not too far from shopping. It was initially hard to find, but we found it. My family enjoyed their time there.

It was very nice my family and I had a great time. The rooms were decent. The pool was nice to kids loved the waffles.

Overall, this was a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. They even let us check in early, which was so helpful with my kids. My only issue is that we asked about the airport shuttle and if we needed to schedule it, and the person said, “no it runs 24 hours a day and you just have to go to the front desk and request it.” The next day at 5am we went to the front desk (no one was there). So I called and someone told me, “you have to schedule the shuttle and it’s not running till 8am.” Thankfully, it wasn’t too hard to get a Lyft but it was the principle.

This place is really awsome, it was very clean, quiet, and had a great family environment.

Pros: The room was a great size clean. Loved having the mini kitchenette with a dishwasher! Large fridge was perfect. Hardwood floors were nice. Pool was fantastic and warm. Cons: The bed was falling off the frame when we first arrived. Then we had a few people knocking on our door stating we were in their room (not true). There must have been some confusion there. From Desk called and apologized for the inconvenience. The towel holders were not secured in the wall so when I pulled my towel off the holders fell on the ground. Although we booked a room for 6, they only left two towels so I had to request more towels. The pillows are all feather pillows so after you lay on them for 10 minutes, they’re flat. My kids didn’t like these too much. Staff was OK, not very friendly. Nice fire pit out front where you can hang out outside but strange that it’s directly in front of the front desk. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. There are not many options and no buffet style. They only had cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles and pre made egg sandwiches. When I went to make the waffles for my kids there was no batter left and no one to find to help refill it. Same with the coffee. Had to make coffee in my room because downstairs had run out. Overall, it’s a nice hotel but lacking the extras and perks that other hotel suites have.
