Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach

ive made this my go to spot when visiting west palm beach. its nice clean and close to family and a huge shopping center

Amazing stay would recommend to family and friends!

Stayed here for 1 night in December travelling from Orlando to Miami. Perfect location within walking distance of shopping centre and restaurants. Breakfast was included and kids were happy with waffle maker and selection of food.

The staff is very friendly. Suites are just what I need when I take a business trip with my family and can work in the kitchen area. Breakfasts are quite good.

This was our second time staying at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in West Palm Beach, Florida and it`s most definitely are last time, too. The lobby looks decent, but the rooms are filthy from the walls down to the floor. Our room smelled like cigarette and very musty. We kept itching from the couch and bathroom chair, they need to be changed! My 20-month-old son took off his shoes and was walking on the carpet with his socks, they got EXTREMELY DIRTY, I mean EXTREMELY as if he was outside walking in dirt! On Saturday 10/21, housekeeping came in supposedly to clean the room. She picked up the trash, replaced the towels, fixed the bed with the SAME dirty sheets and proceeded to walk away. My husband and I were the ones who requested that she change the sheets and vacuum the floor before she leave. On Sunday 10/22 our 5-year-old accidentally spilled our baby Gerber rice cereal on the floor while we were getting ready to go to Miami to see our family, we spent the entire day out and came back to our room around 1:00am and the cereal remained on the floor for the entire day!! Housekeeping came in that Sunday while we were out, they fixed the beds with the SAME dirty sheets, picked up the trash, left new towels, but did not leave new soap/shampoo nor vacuum the floor. We were supposed to check out on Tuesday 10/24, but we left on Monday 10/23 and went to my brother's house because we couldn't take it any longer. We couldn`t take any longer! I will never book a stay again

We stayed Thursday - Sunday the hotel is disgusting i found Pubic hair in the shower the first day the carpets are disgusting. They don’t clean the rooms at all I was very uncomfortable sleeping not knowing if I was sleeping in clean sheets. My family and I don't like to complain because we'll feel like everyone needs a job. But we will not be staying here again. The rooms stink and it's obvious the employees don't do a good job here I'm sorry but our experience was not good.

Izzy, Pedro and OJ were awesome. The nice ladies making us breakfast every morning were the best. When I saw them helping some guests that were immobile make their plates, I knew this hotel was accommodating and friendly. I will definitely return when I’m planning another stay in the area and will recommend to my family and friends.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. But the very best part of our stay we’re the wonderful people who work there. They were so helpful and kind. Staying here was like staying with family. We will definitely stay again!

The hotel was adequate for my needs. I might have rated it higher but it was overrun by 8 and 9 year olds who were there for a football tournament, so it was noisy, the elevators were painfully slow and the breakfast area was chaotic. I am certain it would be fine without all the kids who parents and chaperones seemed to turn a blind eye to the noise and mess they created. I liked the location and would be willing to stay there again.
