breakfast was excellent .. location was out of the way from family

My family and I stayed in 2 suites. When you walk in there is a living room, with a television and another door to the bedroom that also has a TV. There is also a kitchenette and a bathroom with a tub. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is stock full of choices. Close proximity to highlights of West Palm Beach. I would recommend.

The rooms are very outdated. Carpets are stained. Food/Snack and drink collection is sad… Don’t have smart TVs so you are watching local cable and with kids that not great being there is 1 channel to watch. Breakfast was included so that was a plus and it wasn’t too bad either.

We LOVE staying here (our 2nd time at this location). The room we fit four adults comfortably with a dividing door plus a kitchenette.The whole room was beautiful and so VERY CLEAN, beds and pull-out so comfy. The breakfast!: this is our huge deciding factor to stay here. The dining room is huge with a complete breakfast buffet that includes a chef who prepares a custom omelette for you. The manager Stephanie, does a tremendous job making sure everything is just perfect and the dining staff are all very cordial and helpful. We met family members there for a somber family event and I'm so glad that they stayed in the hotel to be with our family. We talked so long in that gorgeous dining area. Two things of note: some mild renovations are happening around the elevators (maybe mild paint smell?) and we just weren't aware of recycling plastic opportunities but we didn't have a moment to ask as we were busy. We did not take part in the evening snacks/drinks so we cannot comment on this.

In town for a conference (off-site). Day one: requested maintenance for med-level buzz coming from A/C..fixed! Day two: advised front staff of needed plumbing issue (sink has very slow drain and can hear "gurgling" from the shower and another sink...not fixed! Other things of note: only one place in the entire suite to plug in for USB and that's in the bedroom, so quite inconvenient. The frig really is more of a plug-in cooler. I would except for from the Hilton family. TV in the suite area does not work and the A/C thermostat is questionable...(Set at 68, but I don't think this is accurate) I've stayed at many Embassy Suites and this is by far my least favorite. Ending on a positive note, every person whom I've interacted with had been pleasant and friendly. Thank you :)

The stay was great. The free breakfast was more than enough for my family. The stay was amazing. The housekeepers were very accommodating. Definitely will be staying again.

This place was kid friendly as well which was great for my 4 and 11 year old
